OLLY: I warned you, didn’t I?
The voice was that of the Grand Championship contender Olly, but the MWE Academy graduate was nowhere in sight. Instead, we saw a first-person perspective of the parking lot area shrouded in semi-darkness. Footsteps could be heard approaching, a shaft of artificial night suddenly break through the blackness, briefly illuminating what looked like a lead pipe, clutched in the hand of the person recording this footage. They took a step back, hiding in the shadows as Chris Night came walking toward them.
And then they struck. First driving the club in his stomach and doubling him over, then a shot to the back to floor the Grand champion, then a third strike, smashing his ankle as the veteran cried out loud in pain.
But fear not, for tonight’s main event is not in jeopardy. This happened to be exclusive and never-seen-before footage of the assault suffered by Chris back in December, a keepsake the assailant kept for himself for some twisted motive.
OLLY: I told you that a storm was coming, but you didn’t listen. You didn’t care. You thought you were safe, you thought they could protect you.
More footage aired, showing assaults to FAITHE, Jessi Ozborne, the Queens Of Chaos, Chris Night again… Every single one of those assaults attributable to the same hand: The Division
OLLY: Nobody is safe. Nobody can protect you.
Another archive scene, one the HoW’s fans would certainly remember. The Queens Of Chaos and Night’s crew locked out of the MGM Arena, banging on the doors and screaming at security to open them. All while the Division was running rampart on the main event between Ozborne and Night.
OLLY: And now it’s too late to run. The storm is here, and after tonight nothing will ever be the same.
Sharp cut to a close-up of Olly sitting in his locker room, that twisted smirk always present on his face.
OLLY: You’ve been quiet, Chirs. I’m sure you’ll have a perfect excuse for this, something about focusing on your training rather than banter. But we both know those are just excuses, like those you’re probably trying to come up with to justify why you failed as a champion. A title reign that started with some controversy, right? I still remember the uproar when you cashed in on Jessi, from her fellow Queens and the usual amount of bandwagoners going up in arms over something they all would have done. Fucking hypocrites.
If his disdain for those people wasn’t clear enough by the tone of his voice, him spitting on the ground surely gave it away.
OLLY: But that wasn’t your biggest sin, no sir. Your mistake was to allow Ozborne to creep back in the title picture instead of crushing her and putting her in the rear view mirror with the rest of the circus following her. You’re a weak champion, a trait you definitely passed on your nephew and, I’m sure, your son as well. Little JJ is all grown up now, he just turned 18 and in just a few weeks he will be wearing his big boy pants in the main roster.
The devilish smile on his face bodes no good.
OLLY: I personally look forward to giving him my warm welcome, but we’ll get to that part when the time and place are right. For now, I would rather focus on you and our match.
He let out a light chuckle, running his hand through his ruffled hair.
OLLY: I didn’t forget about you, Jessi. How could I, after the things you said? You don’t consider us a threat, that’s what you said. You know, most people would be pissed off, feeling offended or overlooked. You probably would too, right? You seem to be living for the praises and acknowledgement of your peers, that’s why you’re spreading yourself so thin fighting in all these places, trying to build a brand people will respect and commend.
Shaking his head, the member of the Division continued.
OLLY: I don’t live for that, I don’t care about making some “list” from the occasional ass kisser. I’m not trying to build a brand or anything like that. The funny thing about it is that no matter how hard you work, how many titles you have around your waist, how many achievements you get under your name, all kingdoms eventually fall.
After a quick pause for dramatic effect, he resumed his speech.
OLLY: It’s ok if you don’t feel threatened by me or The Division, really. I actually agree, nobody should feel that way, simply because we’re way past that point.
Finally Olly stood up from the bench, ready to walk into Homecoming’s main event.
OLLY: I’m not a threat. I’m a sentence. Heads are about to roll.
Fade.
The video scenery we were a witness to played like that of a horror film (a badly filmed one at that) eerie sounds coming from a room caked with steel, cascading lights dancing and create cascades of dark and light contrast in the hallways, before what looks like a desolate young man steps forward. Text on the screen read “Is he the law maker?” in giant bold letters with the boldness of an Arial font, before slowly flickering away to Another Sequence of words “Or is he the criminal?”
After several moments of blackness comes the letters “J-V-S-T-I-C-E” with a smaller subtext displaying his last name, before he appeared on screen, the jovial spirit he typically had pre match was not what was showcased in the video, as he wore a dark hooded tank, sitting along a stair case, only enhance by his silhouette that was somehow shrouded in moonlight. He was staring downward as the camera moved in closer and he lifted his gaze, the hood gently falling to his back.
Jvstice Hardy: “Welcome to the House.”
He lifted his hands, giving off a somber smirk but it was not his typical mood by any means, clearly he’d been contemplating something yet he remained tight lipped for several moments the camera inching away slowly.
Jvstice Hardy: “I was really looking forward to this super show match, I was happy even. Another chance to do my bidding against someone I consider quite a damn good wrestler, but then here we go. Someone hears my name, and before they know an inkling my character or my candor, they’re already labeling me, subjecting me, and then trying to turn it around like I have some sort of complex. Its Cute right?”
He laughed, but there was hardly any truth behind it, instead only a glint in his eye that could even be seen in the darkness of the view.
Jvstice Hardy: “Everyone in this business has a fucking opinion about something all the damn time and that’s cool. Voice whatever your concerns are to the world, but own up to that conviction, don’t try and back pedal and make it seem like we are creating scenarios. Specifically when I spoke a few weeks ago just as I came through the door that I didn’t want to be looped in with McKena and what she has going on. Mack is my cousin, I love and appreciate her dearly, I’ve got her back shall she ever need it as I proved at the Millennium Wrestling Enterprises ‘Anarchy in the UK’ and yes for that brief moment I wore the divisions banner. Was it for the group? No, was it for my family? You’re damn right it was and if you think for a moment I wouldn’t pick that torch up again and run with it you’re sadly mistaken.”
He paused no letting his anger get through to him, instead he merely stayed focused.
Jvstice Hardy: “But the truth is, that was a scenario where I played the hand I was dealt and I fucking did it well. You’re never going to have two Hardy’s together and not get a got damn show, yet here we are now, a completely different company, a completely different show, nothing to indicate that I’ve joined up in the group with anybody and I’m being told to tell my “cousins friends” to stay out of it”
He put a finger to his chin to mimic the ‘hmm’ emoji as he actually laughed in that moment before shaking his head.
Jvstice Hardy: “But you weren’t insinuating shit right? You weren’t saying they were my friends of my associates, you weren’t saying that one of if not the best wrestling groups in the biz was possibly scouting me for their ranks were you? Nahh all you weren’t insinuating that I need help beating you right? It was all just me having some sort of complex.”
He let out a huff, yet another laugh escaping his lips.
Jvstice Hardy: “Fuck outta here with that shit Faizah, you and I both know you’re better than that shit, so cut the bull and stand by your fucking convictions and just say what the hell you want to say. Because you’re apparently so honest and anyone could speak to your character on that one. Well here’s a little honest T for you about this matchup. I don’t need help from anyone or anybody to march my ass out there to that ring and nail a victory. I’ve not only proven it once, but I’ve proven it multiple times in these past few weeks and I’ve done so with the utmost scrutiny. I’ve come out on my own, fought my own, and left with my hands raised, on my own! Now you want to play technics, we can do so. If the Division were to throw your boy a bone here and say what’s up, you’re damn right I’m going to take that offer fucking seriously. I’m already a legacy, a future legend, hell I get VIP status from my name alone. Who else is out here leading the Hardy Name to greatness once again besides myself and Mack? Alice is still in training but she’ll be tearing it up soon, Rayven is out here flocking just like her name states, Junior is being. . . well Junior, but then you have something like the Division come along, Two World Champs on the roster, another soon to be world champ in Olly, McKena, Raze, Wade, and the list goes on. They are an army and if you haven’t notice I might know a thing or two about those.”
He smirked now building himself up.
Jvstice Hardy: “But no worries Faizah, you aren’t going to have to worry about the Division tonight, because I’m all the fucking challenge you can stand and I am going to show you exactly just how it feels to be judged. Its Called Justice with a V, baybeeeeeeee! And it’ll be hitting you rather quickly. So H-0-W, pay a-fucking-tention to this, I promise you its one you aren’t going to want to miss.”
With that he threw up a peace sign as the very unusual seen being cut dead.
The scene opens backstage. Faizha Marshall, already in her ring gear, is standing in place with an extra pep in her step compared to two weeks ago. She doesn’t waste no time delving into what is on her mind.
FAIZAH MARSHALL:
“Was beating McKena Hardy what the doctor ordered? Yes. Hasn’t been the easiest journey for me in House of Wrestling. I doubted I was going to get called to compete tonight at HOW Homecoming. As nice as having my hand raised felt, I can’t dwell too much on that. Winning is better than losing, obviously, lets be honest, there is a ton more work that needs to be done. And putting in the work is how us Queens roll.”
Faziah smiles.
FAIZAH MARSHALL:
“Onward to my opponent tonight... Jvstice with a V, not a U. Things got a little heated between us on Twitter. My intention wasn’t to say he is guilty by association because his cousin is part of The Division. Conversations can get lost in translation on social media. It happens. I have zero issue with the guy. I do question why he was at ringside two weeks ago in the first place, if it wasn’t for Jessi stopping McKena for knocking me out with a foreign object, all because she used Jvstice to create that distraction for herself, I would be standing here right now talking about another setback.”
“Jvstice, do I believe you’re a stand up guy? For now, I do. I hope you are better in the ring than the decisions you make, coming out for your cousin’s matches knowing the heat she attracts, not exercising good judgment.”
Faizah shakes her head.
FAIZAH MARSHALL:
“Lets steal the show, ok J? Don’t prove me wrong...”
Faizah walks off as the scene fades to black.
We begin with laughing.
It begins as a small chuckle, followed by a short pause until we hear a second chuckle. The laugh picks up speed, and before long the person was laughing hysterically. They slow down again, coming to another pause. We suddenly open from the black screen on the members of The Red Plague, ARCHER and Emma Douglas. Despite their recent attempt at the Violent Championship number one contender, ARCHER is all smiles.
ARCHER: This is all just so very…laughable.
He takes a pause, tracing a scar that runs across his cheek.
ARCHER: Everyone has seen how others have narrowly escaped the Red Plague for weeks, maybe even months. We’ve been inches from the World Tag Team titles, and inches from a singles match with Madison Lewis for the Violent Championship. You all saw how Ortega did basically none of the work, and yet will reap every bit of the reward at Homecoming. That match AND that title, belongs to Emma…belongs to the Red Plague. You want to stick us against Siren and her latest master, that’s fine. But you’re going to regret making it a Violent Rules match.
The Architect of Ultraviolence smirks again, shaking his head at the camera. They would truly never learn and he had become tired speaking on it. No more time for warnings.
ARCHER: Madison Lewis knows who she SHOULD be facing for that title, Noah Ortega does, and so does everyone in House of Wrestling. But with that, everyone now knows that whoever wins that championship at Homecoming is on borrowed time. The Red Plague needed a moment to get it perfectly within our sights and in Year 2 of House of Wrestling, there is no stopping us. The Year of the Plague is almost upon you.
Emma chuckles and nods in agreement, stepping forward.
EMMA DOUGLAS: That's right, everybody and I mean EVERYBODY knows they are on borrowed time. That they aren't safe when it comes to The Red Plague. How many times have I been screwed in House of Wrestling. How many people have had to either gang up on me or steal the victory to get past me?
She shakes her head, a small smirk creeping across her lips.
EMMA DOUGLAS: Too many. So comes Homecoming? We are making a statement. Loud and clear. We are a force, one that won't be ignored. One that won't stand to the side and wait our turn. Siren and her…caretaker want to try their hand at us? In a Violent Rules Tornado Tag?
Emma busts out laughing, placing a hand on ARCHER'S shoulder for support.
EMMA DOUGLAS: They don't know us very well, do they? We are the epitome of Ultraviolence. And not having to tag? The violence level escalates. We are going to brutalize Siren and her master. Completely. And when we are done with that, whomever holds the gold we desire in any given moment, beware. We won't ask nicely, we will just take. Aggressively.
Emma keeps laughing to herself, pacing around a bit, patting ARCHER on the back as she tries to regain a bit of her composure.
ARCHER: Get your things in order, because you won’t have anytime when it happens.
Emma beckons the Architect of Ultraviolence to move off camera, and together they walk down the hall. The last thing the camera catches is the duo walking past Kerberos. They walk passed and say nothing, but Archer turns back around and calls to Kerberos.
ARCHER: Dear brother, come find us when your eyes are open. You know just where to find us.
Kerberos scoffs back, but as the Red Plague trail off, Kerberos continues looking after them.
The scene opens with the familiar frame of Noah Ortega sitting upon a throne in the backstage area. He has a flock of his followers surrounding him, all dressed in black, masked and hooded; with "The Lost" embedded on the back of them. Ortega has a chip in his hand, which he swirls around his fingers before flicking it upwards and catching it, as a smirk plasters over his lips.
Noah Ortega: Let the chips fall as they may.
Ortega swirls the chip around his finger.
Noah Ortega: Everybody wants to talk the talk but nobody is about actions. They're lying to themselves because they can't handle the truth, that maybe... just maybe - Noah Ortega might be the real deal.
He flicks the chip towards upwards once more, catching it upon standing on his feet.
Noah Ortega: I've been the real deal since the day I came into this company back in it's inception. I told you back then that Noah Ortega would etch his name into this company's history books. I've had my wars, lost my fair battles, we've held gold as The Lost and we disappeared into obscurity... it's true, we stayed away and ghosted into the darkness but that never meant we were gone forever. No, no, no... The Lost is eternal. Through our hardships and trials and tribulations, we strengthen, and the only way is up from here and soon,
His followers say back in unison;
The Lost: The world will know.
Noah Ortega: That the way of The Lost is the only way.
He clenches his fist his followers rejoice.
Noah Ortega: You can't kill a plague. You can't kill a virus. The virus grew and now we're stronger than ever. And already, everybody is getting on my back, telling me that I don't deserve to be here. Telling me that I don't belong, but I'm used to that, I'm accustomed to it. Everybody hates Noah Ortega. Everybody wants to see Noah Ortega fall. But what they don't know is when the haters are hating, that's when Noah Ortega thrives. You can hate me and vilify me, all you want - I'll drink up your tears no questions asked. I'll be your villain.
Noah Ortega: Emma Douglas wants to scold me on Twitter because I stole the win from her, crying about it as if that's gonna change the outcome... when in reality, she should be looking at herself and wondering how she squandered an opportunity. If she was as good as she says she is, she would've been aware I was there and none of this would've happened... but it did. And the truth of it is, this world is mean and wicked. It's cruel cold world that'll eat you up alive if you let it, and unfortunately for you Emma, you weren't strong enough to survive. Now here I am...
Noah Ortega: Standing on the edge of destiny... on the cusp of greatness... but standing in my way, is the inevitable.
He chuckles.
Noah Ortega: It's almost as if we're destined to do this dance forever, you and I. Madz and Ortega. For those not informed, Madz and I go way back, don't we, Madz?
Members of The Lost boo at the mention of Madz, and Noah chuckles, gesturing for them to quiet down, which they do.
Noah Ortega: From Old School Wrestling to promotion to promotion, we've battled and gone to war. Now here you are, as the House of Wrestling Violent Champion and you've been an admirable champion, it's been cute - to say the least. I mean don't get me wrong you've paid your dues, gone through opponents and held that title for as long as you should have. But all stories have to come to an end, and I'm here to end yours. Like the boogeyman comin' back to haunt ya, I'm back to take away the one thing you've cherished since I''ve been away. The one thing that's been a constant for you, a cushion, a comfort - I'm ripping it away from you, Madison. At Homecoming, I'm making sure you have nothing left.
A grin stretches' across his face, sinister and sick.
Noah Ortega: When we boil it down to the nitty gritty details, you don't have that dog in you like I do. I'll steal, I'll cheat, I'll claw, I'll scratch - I am the epitome of a dog, a despicable one. I'm a despicable man who does despicable things and I'll never why away from that fact, it's gotten me here, hasn't it? I'd do it over and over again and that's the difference between them and I, I'm an opportunist. Despite not being here for as long as I have, I've already come back and created as much buzz as anyone else, from just being here. One match, that's all it took me to get here. You say that I'm not 'too memorable'... except this match right here is about to be the most memorable match of your whole damn reign, because I'm the most damn relevant out of anyone you've come up against. The one that everybody hates... the one you've been tweeting about all goddamn week. Y'know, the one who's got your number?
And I'm the one who ghosted... I'm the one who went away...
I'm the one who stole the victory and shouldn't be here right now, yet here I am - standing where I need to be, moments away from making you suffer. Do you wanna know how that truly feels, Madz? Because I'll show you tonight. All these pretenders and fakes you've been up against, they have nothing on me, they don't know violence like I do... they haven't seen what I've seen, they haven't been where I've been. And where I've been, not all people come back from. The depths of despair, struggling... yeah, I've lived it all and I could tell the story right now, if you want me to? About how my mommy and daddy never loved me, and how they used to beat me up as a kid and how that made me the man I am today... but we haven't got time for all of that sh*t, Maddison. The time for talking, is over.
Ortega clasps his hands together.
Noah Ortega: Tonight, I will show you that I am the real deal. Tonight, you'll learn that the way of The Lost, is the only way.
The Lost rise to their feet and raise their fist in unison as the scene gradually fades.

Opener Buried Alive Brother Wells vs Bart Ramsey When Brother Wells joined House of Wrestling, nobody knew exactly what to expect. What he's shown is that his mysterious ways are more confusing the more you try to make sense of them, and his kicks are devastating. Since Bart Ramsey has come into the picture, Wells has taken a liking to him...or rather, a disliking? He can't seem to leave him alone, resulting in Ramsey going on a heavy losing streak based off Wells harassing him. Can Ramsey vanquish his demons tonight? Wells takes early control with a hammerlock, keeping it applied while kicking Ramsey to the gut a few times. He whips Bart towards the ropes, only to short-arm with back for a hard lariat. Wells yanks him up for a spinning spinebuster. He gives Bart a standing knee drop, continuing to press down with his knee for a choke after he's landed. The referee begins to count on him, and Wells lets Bart go. Ramsey strikes with a spinning elbow, but Wells is able to duck, bringing Bart down with a backdrop suplex! Ramsey is in trouble! Wells rubs Ramsey's face in the canvas, feeling completely in control of Bart. He grabs hold of Bart's hair, bringing him up with the intention of slamming him back down face first. But Bart catches Wells off guard with a kick to the gut. He lands a forearm straight to Wells' face right after, causing Wells to stumble in the opposite direction. With the good Brother facing the other way, Bart rushes forward into a leaping leg bulldog that smashes Wells' face into the mat. He bounds towards the ropes and leaps off into a springboard moonsault! If this were a match that was destined to see a pinfall, this is where he'd hook Wells' leg. But the win requires much more. On their feet again, Wells tries to swat him away but Bart connects with a european uppercut. He throws Wells' arm over his shoulder and lifts him up into a suplex. Ramsey only holds him for a couple seconds before dropping him into a sitout position! Wells is feeling the effects of the one, as he arches his back and rolls towards the corner. He uses the ropes to help himself up, where Bart rushes forward into a corner splash! Wells moves out of the way, causing Ramsey to collide with an open turnbuckle. He leg sweeps Ramsey backwards, causing him to fall over and flip backwards. However, as Bart is pushing himself back onto his knees, Wells runs forward with a running knee to the side of his head. He yanks Bart to his feet, whipping him across the ring and when he bounds back, Wells gives him a sidewalk slam backbreaker! Ramsey yells out in pain! Wells lifts Ramsey up into a suplex position of his own, hanging him on the ropes. With Ramsey lying on the ropes, Wells lands a running shotgun kick to the side of his head! The impact sends Bart spinning to the side, crashing to the apron and then to the ground below. On the outside of the ring, Bart backs up on his hands and knees, trying to get to his feet. Wells comes running and dives through the ropes, coming towards Ramsey in a spear position. But Bart grabs him into a codebreaker that has the crowd on their feet! It also lays Wells out right next to the ramp. Bart grabs hold of his head, giving him a knee to the face, before giving him a reverse STO right onto the ramp. Wells face smashes into the steel ramp with force. Bart yanks Wells up the ramp a little by his arm, before Wells gets to his feet. The two begin battling right fists in the middle of the ramp. Ramsey tries his luck by attempting an axehandle to the side, but Wells is able to spin out of the way and end up behind Ramsey. He nails Bart with Sacrilegious Scorn (Reverse Neckbreaker), and lays him out onto the ramp! The crowd boos as Wells puts Bart on his shoulders and moves up the ramp. Wells walks with Bart on his shoulders up the ramp and to the right hand side where they've set up the entire gravesite. As Wells begins to walk on dirt, Ramsey throws elbows to the good Brother's head. Bart is finally able to slip off of Wells' shoulders and falls to the dirt below. Directly in front of him is a heavy shovel sticking out of the dirt. Ramsey quickly grabs hold of the wooden pole, swinging wildly behind him and connecting with Wells' face with a smack! Brother Wells falls to dirt right near the hole. Bart waits patiently nearby for Brother Wells to get to his feet, the crowd cheering for Ramsey! As Wells gets up and turns around to face Ramsey, Bart spins into Crash Bordealais (Discus Big Boot) and kicks Wells right in his face! Brother Wells falls back into the hole, falling the entire 6 feet! Ramsey shovels some dirt into the pit, and then resorts to physically pushing the pile of dirt into the pit before the bell rings. Bart Ramsey has won his first match in House of Wrestling! WINNER Bart Ramsey FINISHING MOVE Crash Bordelais (Discus Big Boot) |

Match Two Triple Threat Violent Rules Chika Aramura vs Dylan Shepherd vs KERBEROS Three people that have proven to be mainstays in the Violent division tells us that we're in for a treat. What makes this match sour for all three, is they know that it could've been any of them two weeks ago that gained the number one contendership. However, Noah Ortega stole the victory and the title shot. That only means that once all three are in the ring, we can see how truly angry all three of them are. They're ready for the brawl of the night! The bell rings and Kerberos barrels out of his corner with a shoulder tackle that puts Chika on the mat. Shepherd tries to rush in with a crossbody that is caught! Kerberos puts him on the canvas too with a tour of the islands style press slam! He keeps his attention on Dylan now, twisting him into a pumphandle slam and planting him in the middle of the ring! Aramura comes from the side with kick after kick that echoes up into the stands. She bounds off the ropes looking for a shining wizard but Kerberos bursts up into a european uppercut that has Chika seeing stars. Shepherd is up again though, giving him a hard axehandle down to his knees, and then sealing it with a leaping elbow. Chika heads to the outside in search of some foreign weapons as Dylan grabs Kerberos into a headlock. He lands a couple knees before Kerberos is able to break out. He grabs Dylan by the throat with two hands, but is then blasted in the back with a kendo stick! Chika hands Dylan a second kendo stick, and the two take turns whacking Kerberos. Whack! Whack! Whack! Whack! Until finally Dylan smacks the kendo stick right off the center of Kerberos' skull, planting him onto the mat. Dylan looks mighty pleased with himself, a giant smile on his face. However he turns around and Aramura lands a shot with her kendo stick to his gut. She follows it up by hopping up onto him, and flips them over for a sunset flip! She tucks him in for a packaged pin but Shepherd kicks out! He throws himself atop Chika, and bridges up his own pin. Aramura is also able to power out though! Shepherd latches onto her waist and they roll to their feet. Dylan lifts her into a german suplex, but Chika is able to flip herself completely over and land on her feet. As Dylan turns around, she leaps into a pele kick that kicks Dylan right between the eyes. She plants him on the mat with a jumping DDT. She's flattened when Kerberos smashes a whole trash can atop her head! He goes to hook Aramura's leg, but luckily Dylan is nearby and breaks the count with a knee to the back of Keberos' head. Dylan has brought a wooden 2x4 in the ring with him, now shoving it into Kerberos' stomach. His face goes bright red, and he looks like he's going to puke. Shepherd lands a piledriver right onto the 2x4! He hooks the leg but Chika breaks the count this time. She breaks it by smashing a glass tube over Shepherd's head! The glass cuts both him and Kerberos, exploding onto the mat below them. From this point on, it's almost impossible not to get glass into your skin when touching the mat. She hops up onto the second rope, and as Dylan gets to his feet slowly, she leaps into a meteora! She'd probably try for a pin if Kerberos hadn't been right on her still. He scoops her up and nails her with the Fall of Icarus (Stiff Dragon Suplex)! He drives her down onto the glass shards all over the ring, bridging up the suplex and going for a pin. Surprisingly, Aramura is able to thrust her shoulder into the air just before the three count! All three are now bleeding from various places. Kerberos mounts Chika, giving her multiple forearms and making her bleed even more. The site is becoming hard to watch, red spots surround the ring from all three members leaving blood. It's Shepherd that blasts Kerberos in the face with a basement dropkick, followed by a cyclone kick that further drives Kerberos into the glass shards! Shepherd turns around to meet Chika, and receive Judgement Day (Canadian Destroyer)! She spins through the air and plants his head into the glass shards still strewn across the canvas. The House crowd is going nuts! With Kerberos still seeing stars from the cyclone kick, she's able to flip over Shepherd and hook his leg for the three count! WINNER Chika Aramura FINISHING MOVE Judgement Day (Canadian Destroyer) |
Match Three Tag Team Strike2Kill vs The Deathriders The Deathriders are none too happy with this rematch from two weeks ago being booked, but they keep their heads held high regardless of the boos. Strike2Kill enter to a huge amount of cheers. Two weeks ago they appeared slightly rusty, and now their looking to shake off the ringrust completely by writing the wrong from Foundations XX. In the beginning we see that S2K didn't come to make the same mistake twice, they came to play hardball. On the other hand, The Deathriders may have come in a little too confident originally. Kaya begins against Miles. They tie up with Watson winning and he whips her into a free corner. He runs right behind her, stepping up on her to do a backflip and land a modified pele kick to her on the way. Watson then smashes her with a high knee, and then a bulldog out of the corner! Kaya rolls over, going for the tag, and in response Richardsen is also tagged in! They rush towards each other, Lilith going for a dropkick that Liam rolls out of the way from. He rolls forward, leaping up into a hard forearm. He twists her arm into a hammerlock, before lifting her up and over into a hammerlock suplex! This is about the time that Lilith rolls over to her corner, taking a seated position and gaining her breath. The sisters speak to each other quickly, changing the strategy they had in the beginning of the match. Lilith slowly makes her way out of the corner, Richardsen immediately trying to strike with a backfist. Lilith dodges, Liam's fist soaring right by her face. She ends up behind him, before she reaches forward and drops him with a front Russian legsweep. She grabs him by the head, slamming him face first back into the mat. Lilith grabs him by the head again, this time into a headlock and drags Liam to his feet. She gives him a few right hands to the forehead before walking him over to her corner and tagging Kaya back in. Lilith scoops Liam up into sitout powerbomb, showing her strength, at the same time that Kaya leaps into a sliced bread! Kaya tries for a cover, but Liam kicks out. Lilith rushes towards Miles, but Watson pulls the ropes down and sends her tumbling to the floor! Kaya reaches down to Liam, who is lying on the mat still, but he surprises her by grabbing her arm. He takes her down to his level with an armdrag, and attempts to put her in a cross armbar. The crowd cheers for Richardsen, but Kaya is not letting him take control of her arm. He decides against continuing to try, and instead rolls to her feet before leaping into a calf kick. With Kaya on the canvas, Liam leaps for his corner and tags Miles in again. Watson bursts in with a running single knee the blasts Kaya across the face. He bounds off the ropes, driving his knees down across Kaya's ribs. When she rises out of impact, Watson thrust kicks her back down to the mat. He's on a roll and the crowd is loving it. Of course, everything must come to an end. He goes to scoop her up to her feet but she drags him down into a small package instead! Luckily he's still able to kick out. Kaya rolls towards her corner, rolling under the ropes and to the apron. Miles reaches over the ropes and gets her to her feet, which she responds with clubs to his back. Kaya then uses the ropes to flip herself up and over into a sunset flip! But just like two weeks ago, Watson isn't budging! He holds onto the ropes, not letting himself be taken into the sunset flip. However, also just like two weeks ago, Lilith walks along her apron and over to where Miles is holding onto the ropes for dear life. At Foundations XX, she had nailed him with a forearm that made him fall into the sunset pin. She swings with the same forearm, going for a repeat. But this time he dodges out of the way, also swinging his body to one side and knocking himself against Lilith hard. She flies from the apron at an angle at collides with the steel steps! Kaya realizes she can't complete the same move, and releases Miles. Once released, Miles nails Kaya in the face with an elbow, then tags Liam back in! Together, they nail Destination Exile (Samoan Driver/Michinoku Driver) with Kaya's neck snapping down onto the canvas! Liam Richardsen hooks her leg in as Watson keeps an eye on Lilith. The referee counts the three to redeem S2K, and the crowd goes nuts! WINNER Strike2Kill FINISHING MOVE Destination EXILE (Samoan Driver/Michinoku Driver) |
Through our hardships and trials and tribulations, we strengthen, and the only way is up from here and soon,
His followers say back in unison;
Match Four Tornado Tag Team Violent Rules Red Plague (Archer & Emma Douglas) vs Siren & Caliban We're a few matches into the biggest event of the year and the crowd are as loud as ever. They're eager and waiting for another violent rules match, and a tag team tornado violent rules match at that. Seeing Caliban fighting in a match will also be interesting, and if there is reason for Siren to follow him. On the other hand The Red Plague have been inches away from important wins each time, one has to think that can only last for so long. When the bell rings, they split up into two groups as Siren and Emma stay in the ring but Caliban and Archer roll out. Archer tosses him into the nearby barricade, before giving him a t-bone suplex onto the steel steps. Inside the ring, Emma flattens Siren with a corner splash. Douglas goes for a running splash that Siren moves out of the way from, and follows it up with an enziguri. She bounds off the ropes with a springboard and into a hurricanrana. But Douglas isn't being taken over, and hoists Siren back up. Emma walks over to the ropes, powerbombing Siren out of the ring and down to the ground! Back with the boys and the Architect of Ultraviolence has grabbed a hockey stick. As Caliban gets to his feet, Archer shoves the hockey stick into his gut first, and then to his back in order to drop him. Douglas joins Archer at ringside, the two of them taking hold Caliban and planting him back to the ground with The Cure (Last Chapter). While Caliban is certainly feeling the effects, the Red Plague don't get to celebrate for very long. Siren has grabbed hold of a stop sign and leapt to the top rope. She leaps off into a moonsault with the stop sign, landing right on top of both members of the Red Plague to take them both out! Although the crowd isn't particularly fond of either team, they can't help cheering for the entertainment in front of them! Caliban looks under the ring and comes out with a lead pipe. He walks over to where Archer is still on the floor, mounting him from behind. Caliban positions the lead pipe around Archer's throat, applying a modified camel clutch and choking him! Archer tries to slip his fingers in between the leap pipe and his throat but he can't. Luckily for him, Emma comes from the side with a huge big boot that floors Caliban. She reaches her hand out to Archer to help him up but Siren runs up to her with a tilt-a-whirl arm drag. Except she sends Douglas face first into the apron! Siren jumps up onto the apron herself, running along the edge of it and giving Emma a hard elbow right back into the apron. Meanwhile, Caliban has rolled Archer into the ring. Caliban climbs onto the top rope, leaping off into a huge elbow drop that drives right into Archer's sternum. Caliban goes to hook his leg, but the Architect of Ultraviolence is able to get his shoulder up. Of course, Caliban isn't happy about it and you can tell in his expression. He goes to slam Archer's face into the turnbuckle but Archer stops himself! He then gives Caliban an elbow in order to gain control. Archer locks Caliban into a full nelson for a few seconds as he squirms around. He doesn't hold it for long, signing it with a full nelson slam down to the canvas. Archer tries to follow it up by staying on Caliban, but his eagerness undoes him when Caliban moves to the side and sweeps his legs from underneath him. Caliban then does a front flip forward into a legdrop! Siren reaches under the ring and grabs hold of a table, sliding it under the bottom rope and into the ring. She joins Caliban after, and together they set up the table in the corner. They turn their attention back to Archer. Unfortunately for them, he doesn't go quietly and is wildly throwing right hands. The duo is too much for him tough as their axe handles bring him back down to the mat. They lift him back up to his feet, when Emma Douglas comes barreling in. She takes Caliban down to the mat with a spear, that also frees up Archer's other arm. The Architect of Ultraviolence lifts Siren up into a suplex, and then dumps her over the top rope! Siren tumbles outside the ring yet again. She's used to it at this point, but the more pressing matter is that it leaves Caliban alone in the ring with the Red Plague. Emma climbs to the second rope and Archer lifts up Caliban to her. A moment later, the Architect of Ultraviolence grabs the table that was previously set up in the corner and instead sets it up near Douglas. She jumps into Death From Above (Assisted Middle Rope Tombstone) right through the table! They lie across Caliban together and the referee counts the three shortly after! WINNERS Red Plague (Archer & Emma Douglas) FINISHING MOVE Death From Above (Assisted Middle Rope Tombstone) |
The camera starts up backstage, where we can see Jacob and Rodney Salavea preparing for their match this evening. As Jacob continues his stretches, Rodney looks at him and starts to speak.
”Aye Uce… you nervous?”
Jacob stops mid stretch and looks at his twin brother.
”Nervous? Why man. You nervous or somethin?”
Rodney gets down off of the production crate he was sat on.
”Man, of fuckin’ course I am, Uce. This is our big break. This is our first big shot after we got out… you know?”
Jacob chuckles, patting Rodney on the shoulder.
”Listen, Uce. I get it! Trust me I do. Like if we lose this, what are we gonna do? Well we do what we always do…”
And then, a voice comes from behind them.
”...we overcome the odds.”
The twins turn their heads to see their little brother, Leati, standing behind them, pulling him into a group hug.
”Aye Uce! We wasn’t expecting to see you till tonight! Why you here early?”
”Because dawg, when you two fumble the bag you’re gonna want to see a friendly face.”
Leati smirks as the two push him back and punch him in the shoulders.
”Man, forget you dawg. Nah for real though, what’s got you here?”
Leati steps aside and the twins face just light up.
”Cause he had to bring your old man to the arena!”
”Wassup Pops!”
Jacob runs up and gives his father a hug, as Rodney does the same.
”Whatchu doin here, man?! We thought you and the rest of the fam were gonna meet us afterwards.”
”You really think I was gonna miss two of my son’s biggest night in the industry? Man you must think I lost my damn mind.”
He says, patting his boys on the shoulders.
”Man… I’m so proud of you boys. You too, Leati. You gave one hell of a fight in your debut.”
Leati shrugs, and Maivia lets go of the hug.
”You boys never cease to amaze me. Carrying the Salavea name into the next generation. Like myself and your two uncles did before you. I know that your Uncle Keoni and Uncle Afoa are proud, I spoke with them before I came here!”
”You bring the rest of the fam with you or is it just you two here?”
”Nah everyone else is watching at my place. But look! We ain’t gonna keep you busy much longer. You two just… go out there and kill it tonight like we know you can do.”
Jacob and Rodney look at eachother, before then hugging their father and little brother and they walk out of the room, with the twins going back to training and talking as the cameras fade. The scene shifts back over to the backstage area, the view catching a focused looking CJ Bradley getting in some stretching before her upcoming match. While she doesn’t initially acknowledge that she’s being watched, she eventually lets out a sigh signaling the person holding it to come closer.
CJ Bradley: “No need to hesitate now after taking the step in seeking me out. I’m guessing you want to get your task done as much as I’m wanting to get this one out the way so I can get to the fun part of all this work already. So, shall we?”
Letting out a single hmph-like expression, she turns to face the camera fully.
CJ Bradley: “Nightmares to dreams, dreams to nightmares. Such dramatics are surely to be spewed at one point or another. For all I know they could have already been shared, but all that talk doesn’t matter to me. The aspirations of those I’m up against don’t matter to me. McKena’s thin ass veil being pulled to reveal she’s always been a bratty dillhole doesn’t matter to me. Bianca’s entitled, over-saturated trope of a personality doesn’t matter to me. Jenna’s dull one liners about her being the clear winner don’t matter to me. Darcy barely saying a damn thing doesn’t matter to me. Now that’s not to say I’m a fool and disregarding them as competitors, if anything it’s the opposite.”
A brief pause from CJ gives her the chance to indicate the truth behind her words with a simple nod prior to her continuing with her thoughts.
CJ Bradley: “You see, so much focus is placed on the verbal game that it’s reduced so many to looking like morons when they’re actually incredibly talented athletes. That’s why I don’t care to give into all of that. There’s no point in trying to get the psychological advantage because half the time it backfires and the other half when you really look deep down, it wasn’t necessary or worth the lost time. Time that could’ve been spent bettering the self instead of belittling the situation with verbal diarrhea.”
CJ couldn’t and didn’t bother fighting the eyeroll.
CJ Bradley: “Now knowing that, I’m sure you’re aware that I’m about to tell you to buzz off so I can get some last minute prep in before my match. I have some pretty lofty goals to achieve in a few.”
CJ smirks, simply gesturing with her hand for the camera worker to get out of her sight as the feed shifts over to another part of the arena.
In a break from our regularly scheduled programming, we are joined by the longest reigning World Tag Team Champions of this fine establishment - the Midnight Demon Club. But, unlike most instances, the champs were not quite presenting their normal demeanor, no.. there was a bit more seriousness radiating off of them. Per usual, however, the Technical Masterpiece started things off.
SILAS ROMERO: “Tonight is the night. Tonight is the night we shut down the uspurers to our crowns.. tonight is when we end this charade before it even begins. You see, the Boys can say whatever they want because well… that’s their right. Does it make it right?”
NOA SKYE: “Absolutely not.”
SILAS ROMERO: “Correct. It’s also our right to come before the congressional and inform the fine people of just how wrong they really are. Now, I find it hilarious that these pretenders can waltz in through the door and act as though Noa and myself aren’t the right team for the job; that we’re not the rightful champions. However, these belts and the long list of slain demons beg to differ.”
Silas shrugged as he gave a knowing look to Noa.
SILAS ROMERO: “See, you’ve made lots and lots of claims about us. However, we see through you two. We can see that you hide behind a facade; you hide behind characters. Noa and myself? We’re not out there playing characters and we damn sure aren’t pretending to be something we’re not. We didn’t build our careers on the backs of other people's work, family or not. We didn’t jack catchy phrases from other people and we didn’t steal our entire persona from other people. What you see is what you get and what you see? What you see before you is thee BEST tag team this company will ever see.”
NOA SKYE: “You can deny it all you want but you can’t deny the fact that every time a team has been placed in front of us, we’ve consistently decimated them. While you two? You’ve consistently proved that you require other people’s hard work to even get a reaction from anyone. So, after tonight.. you will know why we are what we say we are.”
SILAS ROMERO: “And you can also go right back to the back of the line with the rest of the Tag Division that we saved where you belong. This isn’t a game to us. We shed our blood, sweat, and tears to build this fucking division to the point that it’s at and they won’t end with you two fakes. You know what?”
NOA SKYE: “What’s that?”
Silas smirked before letting the words escape his lips.
SILAS ROMERO: “We’ve wasted enough time on this two-bit hacks. Playtime is over… boys. We win, you lose. It’s that simple. Now, run back to the kids table, where you belong. Because clearly, you don’t have what it takes to confront the… Heads of the Tag Team Table.”
The two clank their titles together, before walking off out of the view of the camera.
Civil Champion Myra Rivers is feeling really good about herself back in the locker room as she holds her title with her. Her upcoming title defense is definitely in mind, but she doesn't seem like she’s rattled by the moment that is in front of her. Myra reflects a bit on the events of the previous show before she begins to express her thoughts.
Myra Rivers: As I mentioned before, that tag team match didn’t go the way I wanted it to go. Bea Carter would seem to have the momentum coming into this thing and I definitely know that she’s going to see that as a preview of things to come. But, let me tell you this much: it’s absolutely not. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gone into a title match or any sort of big match with the momentum going against me and STILL managed to come away the winner. This is going to have to be one of those times and you want to know what I think about you, Bea?
I think you’re a meandering void of a person that has nothing good to say. Of course, this doesn’t reflect on your abilities as a wrestler. You’re not so bad yourself, I will give you that and I know that matches are decided in the ring and not the microphone, but for a while now, you’ve tried to come across as this imposing, intimidating presence and I just don’t see it. You’ve been talking about trying to get inside my head, but what have you actually DONE to try to push that effort? Sure, I didn’t quite shrug off the tag team encounter that we just had right away, but honestly? I’m not even worried about it and from a psychological perspective, I am hardly worried about you. Tell me something “Basic Bea”... why should you be the Civil Champion?
I want you to listen to this and actually THINK about that question that I just asked you. I’ve got another. What would being the HoW Civil Champion actually mean to you? You can’t answer either one, can you? That’s because at the end of the day, ‘empty void of a human being’ doesn’t have the heart, the passion and the dedication it takes to be a champion and even if you were to win tonight, you still wouldn’t get it because there is far more to being a champion than just holding a belt. How are you better than me?
Any ideas?
No, you just want to be a passionless disappointment whose best argument for winning this title is that I’ve “already had my time and now it’s your time”.
Myra lets out a mocking yawn.
Myra Rivers: If I had a dollar for every time I heard something so mundane, and not just to me, but basically any wrestler in general, then that’s enough money to put my daughter through a Masters program. I was at least hoping for a McKena Hardy-like fire from you. I haven’t gotten it and I didn’t get it when you went on social media and said that I “had my time already”.
Why? Because I’m 38?
At least McKena hardy WANtED this and took our match personally and seriously. But you? You’re treating this like another day in the office. Don’t think I didn’t notice your previous promo on the last Foundations… where you mundanely mentioned a ‘preview of what I am in for’ and how you had to give me a reason to hesitate?
Yeah, that was a big massive failure on your part in spite of the outcome because I am not hesitating for a moment and I am not mincing words either. This whole talk about “putting me down”... yeah, you’re not even doing that even if you were to win the title tonight. Because let me tell you this, Basic Bea… wrestlers better than you have beaten me and made every effort imaginable to “put me down’ and they end up failing to do so. I’ve endured and thrived through mind games that are more difficult than the amateur hour that you have attempted to put me through. You’re trying so hard to be the Joker to my Batman but in reality, you don’t scare me at all. It’s too bad that your passion and your heart for this business doesn't come CLOSE to matching your talent. You don’t get to determine if I’ve had my time already. I get to do that.
I’m not trying to make you a believer in me because I don’t need your validation. All I need to do is defeat you, retain my Civil Championship and make my one year in this company so far end on a high note especially since I am one of the originals from the very first episode and I take plenty of pride in that. You’re about to experience a fire that you only WISH you had in you. You might beat me for this title, but you’re never going to shatter me and even then? I’m going to do what I’ve done all season and that’s do right by this company, this business and the championship that I hold and I’m damn sure not going to be under the radar in Season Two of House of Wrestling, I’ll tell you that right now.
Sorry “Basic Bea”... but it’s back to the drawing board… and maybe even Promo 101 for you…
Myra leaves the scene still not fazed or intimidated at all by Bea Carter as the scene fades out.
TOMOKO OTA: If I lost faith now, what good would it do me?
A few seconds pass by before the pre-recorded scene comes into full view. Tomoko is seated on the apron of a massive wrestling ring. Her Puma sports bra is drenched with sweat.
TOMOKO OTA: The physical acts may play out in the ring. However, a huge portion of the battle begins in the mind, long before the bell even rings.
Her lungs scream out in exhaustion as she tries to center herself with deep breaths. She’s able to continue one after three or four.
TOMOKO OTA: I learned that lesson the hard way when I challenged Myra for the Civil Championship.
There’s a small pause.
TOMOKO OTA: Did I believe in myself? Yes, I knew I had a shot at winning. However, I also knew that the stars in the sky would have to perfectly align for me to pull it off. Myra is not your average champion. Her accomplishments are equivalent to about three people’s careers combined. Additionally, she had just won the championship. All those factors ran through my mind as I entered into the ring. I did my absolute best to overcome them, but I just wasn’t able to.
She shakes her head.
TOMOKO OTA: I think about that match a lot. I try not to dwell on the negative bits and just focus on all the good stuff I learned from it.
A nod of the head follows.
TOMOKO OTA: The biggest take away? You’ve got to hold your head up, no matter what goes down.
Tomoko uses the back of her right hand to wipe some sweat away from her forehead.
TOMOKO OTA: Gloria? I want to congratulate you. You beat me. No shenanigans. No tricks. Just pure skill. I can never be mad about that. It simply proves what kind of champion you are, what kind of woman you are―
TOMOKO OTA: But that victory? It simply tied us up. One win a piece.
A brief pause follows.
TOMOKO OTA: I don’t mean to be rude, Gloria. However, this upcoming match is larger than just a third encounter. This match is about my legacy. It’s about my placement in this sport. And it's about finally capturing my first championship.
Tomoko nods her head.
TOMOKO OTA: There’s a lot riding on this one―
A short pause follows.
TOMOKO OTA: However, a little pressure never hurts anyone, right? These are the types of matches that people speak about for ages to come. I’ve been on the wrong side of history during the few that I’ve had. But that’s not going to be the case at Homecoming.
She shakes her head.
TOMOKO OTA: That’s not going to be the case again.
The camera starts to fade out shortly afterwards.
MADZ -
First off I have a few things I need to get off my chest.
The Violent Champion Madison Lewis would step in front of the camera with a half smile across her face. She was already in her Wrestling attire. Her championship was around her waist. She had her trusty black bat gripped tightly in her hand. She was ready to send the lost boy back to the isle of the lost. He clearly stole this opportunity away from someone who was well deserved of a title opportunity. But that's okay madz didn't mind teaching Noah a lesson. After all Noah clearly can't beat her the last time they met in the ring Noah had to cheat. Madz couldn't wait to send Noah back to the isle of the lost and show him why she is the Violent Champion.
MADZ -
Noah you really should have just let Emma win. Clearly you still can't comprehend that I am and always will be better than you. It's totally fine though Noah. I'll prove once again why I'm the longest reigning Violent Champion. Noah we can do this dance a million times but you won't be taking my title at homecoming. I mean after I beat you how long before you disappear once again? That seems to be your thing Noah. You can't seem to find your place in this world. Being lost can only get you so far.
Madz would laugh. Madz knew all about Noah Ortega's little game he did. This wasn't going to be any different than the last time. Madz wasn't going to let some ring around the rosey couch potato come in and try to ruin her division. She made this division better. She will continue to make it the most sought after championship in HOW.
MADZ -
Noah you've been with HOW for a long time. It was in May of last year when you signed your contract. You've held the tag team championships but then you went and LOST them to my good friends the midnight demon club. I get it Noah you have a taste for gold right now it's been too long since you've tasted any gold. I'm not like the other champions Noah. I fight for what I want. I don't let my championship go without a fight. You can bring your little lost trio with you; it won't change the fact that I will retain my Violent Championship. You think you know violence Noah but you don't. You created this little bubble that you're a Violent man. I just don't see it. I see a manchild that doesn't know what he wants out of life. You don't impress me at all. Maybe if you stopped running away from things you'd gain a little more respect.
Madz would let out a sigh. She was more than ready for tonight. The madz revolution was far from being over.
MADZ -
Things are about to get real Noah. You can pretend to be this prince of violence but I know you're just a lost pretender. Tonight you meet the real princess of violence. Don't worry I have an extra special glitter bomb just for you. -winks-
Madz would smile. She raised her hand up under her chin to do her cute pose. She would mouth the words this is my house before doing a little spin and skipping off.
Backstage at the Grand Garden Arena.
BEA CARTER: Finally. At last. My patience pays off and I get the shot I have rightly earned and deserve. A shot for the Civil Championship.
The hurdle: rhis is my shot. It is not winning. Not yet.
I still have to clear tge hurdle itself. Up to now, I have known my ascension could not be stopped. Now that path is uncertain. My vision is still to continue on, with or without the belt. Now but what could be such a drastic change?
The hurdle is Myra Rivers and there is a reason she holds her record. Im sure many of you have thought me arrogant, which isn't false, and even careless aboit this business. Let me just ask you one question: were I so careless, would I do all that I have done, endure the pain, and still come back? I am arrogant, not a narcissist. I neither desire nor require the affections of the roster or the audience.
But I will catch all your notice and Myra will certainly learn, in spite of her inpressive record, that I am deserving of this spot I have. That my fate is to have my hand raised with the Civil championship in my other. And I will carry that title with the pride it deserves, carrying it to the next level in tgis company.
Yes Myra, I may or may not achieve this. I recognize you. I acknowledge you. I respect you.
I do not, however, bow to you. Nor will I ever.
You are the past Myra. To be remembered fondly, but not to exist forever. The Civil Championship will be my spoils. Because I am the future and fate, with my hand, wills it.
Fade. We cut backstage to Jenson Idol standing in front of the camera with a smirk on his face.
Jenson Idol: Aye, what did you all expect? I went over to Zion and represented the House of Wrestling and what did I bloody do? I won. Against Alex Andrews’ dumb looking brother. Now I get a guaranteed title shot, don’t I?
He grins widely.
Jenson Idol: I have exactly what I wanted since I walked in here. Despite Bash focusing on Veronica Taylor a wee too much, I have climbed the ranks and become the number one contender. Through sheer work and determination. I didn’t have anything handed to me. I bloody earned it!
He nods confidently.
Jenson Idol: But here I am, dealing with Alex, Davina and Link once again. I should be in the main event, in the Hell in a Cell for the HoW Grand Championship. It’s where I belong. But I’ll play ball one more time for Veronica and Bash. I’ll help them squash the Andrews siblings and that dumb twat Davina. But shit like this? Matches of this sort? They are not only a waste of my time but a waste of my talent as well.
Jenson pauses to shrug his shoulders.
Jenson Idol: Call me cocky, call me overly confident but am I wrong? I am a multi-time heavyweight champion. I’ve won the top belt on different bloody continents! Who has done that before in this company? Who has the career that I have? Who started their career off on a fifteen win streak? None of you twats! It was me! I’m the one who came from nothing to get here. Despite being a poor lad from Liverpool, I made it here. Despite having the best grades at my high school and getting into bloody Oxford, I chose to leave the United Kingdom and come to America to become the best bloody British wrestler you lot have ever seen. I have given EVERYTHING for this!
Jenson said adamantly as he pointed to himself.
Jenson Idol: I have earned everything that I have received. Maybe I haven’t done it the most honest of ways at times but what can you do? I’m a trickster at heart, luvs. But I still work hard, I am still about the grind. It’s why you see a spectacle every time I’m in that ring. And tonight? I have something special planned. Something that you all are going to love. It’s going to be something that will be talked about for months on end. So when I’m out there? Keep your eyes on me. You don’t want to miss a bloody thing.
A sly grin runs over Jenson’s face before he winks at the camera and walks away.
Golden Nightmares…
The feed is completely dark as a woman's laugh is heard. The feed on the big screen now picks up and it’s in black and white. Moving in front of the camera is none other than McKena Hardy.
McKena Hardy: It’s fitting that I made it all the way here. I’m not sure that I can say the same for the rest of these bitches in this match, except maybe Jenna Sharpe, she’s not half bad. But the others?
Hardy rolls her eyes.
McKena Hardy: But you might be asking, why is it fitting that I’m in this match? It’s because I’m the New Modern Nightmare. My mentor, the old man you all know as Chris Night? He used to go by ‘The Nightmare’. But that was during his nefarious days. The days that he wants all of you to forget. But me? I haven’t forgotten about them. Who do you think Julian Savell shaped himself after from the start? It isn’t this rainbows and butterflies lie that you all see now. No, he was selfish, a cheater and dare I say, evil.
She nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders.
McKena Hardy: But he wants to look down on The Division and on me? He wants to act holier than thou because he sees that the bed he made a long time ago is coming for him and it’s time for him to lie in it? We know your sins, Chris. Actually, I know all of your sins, don’t I? Like how you let Skylar Riggs almost kill your older sister, Jade, when she was my step-mom? Or how you let Skylar Riggs do worse in the ring to my dad? All of those things happened because of you. And everyone forgave you. Even my dad did. But me? I didn’t. And now I’m here to take the pound of flesh that you let Skylar take from Jade and my dad, Robb Hardy.
McKena glared into the camera with a fire burning in her eyes.
McKena Hardy: That’s why I need to win this giant stupid cage match, that’s why I need to be the last nightmare standing tonight. So that I can get a shot at that Grand Championship. I want to take it from you if Olly doesn’t. But that is a BIG if. As for Ozborne?
She scoffs.
McKena Hardy: We all know she is going to fail. She has her hand in too many cookie jars, spreading herself thin across too many companies. But hey, it is what it is.
Hardy points at the camera.
McKena Hardy: Bianca, Darcy, CJ and Jenna? Don’t think that I forgot about all of you. I know that you are all here for a reason. And no, it’s not because you earned it. No, no, no.
McKena laughs and shakes her head.
McKena Hardy: You are all here to witness my coronation as the New Modern Nightmare. The Golden Nightmare. You are all here to witness me taking one more step closer to the top of the world.
She nods confidently.
McKena Hardy: The Hardy legacy doesn’t live through my brother Junior or my sister Rayven. No, it lives through ME!
She adamantly points to herself.
McKena Hardy: And tonight? You’re all going to see what I fucking mean. So? Either stand out of my way or fall. It’s your choice. Though, I know you are all stupid enough to choose the latter. Which I am fine with. Prepare for your worst nightmare, ladies.
Hardy pushes the camera out of the frame and walks away before the scene cuts away. “Classy” Bianca Page is walking through the casino floor of the MGM Grand Garden.
“Classy” Bianca Page:(Shouts) Who is ready for HOW Homecoming tonight?
People cheer.
“Classy” Bianca Page:Once again it is another big night for my friends and I. Why should HOW Homecoming be any different? Now I don’t need it but good luck to Vero, Jenson, and Bash tonight. You guys got this. While they handle business tonight I will, as well.
Bianca smiles confidently.
“Classy” Bianca Page:As you all know by now I am one of five people in the Golden Nightmare match tonight. I could stand here and run down each of my four opponents tonight. I mean how can I not? It is low hanging fruit. We saw Darcy try to ride my coattails but never lived up to her true potential. Hence why I dropped her. While Jenna Sharpe, much like the rest of her family, is a stain on the wrestling business, Canada, and society. She is not a threat in any way. CJ Bradley, is just another supposed Queen but only amounts to a court jester. Get real, girl. No one takes you seriously. Then there is my old buddy McKena Hardy. This is a lady who tried so hard to take the Civil Championship from me and failed each time. Hell, you failed each time you tried to take the title from Myra Rivers. You even turned your back on her to get what you want. Much like then you won’t be getting what you want tonight. None of you will. This nightmare match will only be turning into a dream for me.
Bianca walks away.
We open on an empty arena to let us know that our scene will take place early in the day. We’re shown a small timelapse video that shows the crew filing in and getting to work, building the ring and the stage. The stage looks set, but not ready enough to begin letting the crowd in. The timelapse stops, and we immediately re-open to the sound of an all too familiar voice.
DAVINA KING: I know girl, I’m sorry for not cluin’ you in two weeks ago with that stunt I pulled. But I knew there was a chance you’d risk your career here too if ya knew ahead a time and I ain’t lettin’ you do that. That woulda been selfish of me…
Davina King found herself in one of the hotel rooms of the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Homecoming was a short time away so she was already dressed in her gear, but also had a large black sweatshirt on over it.
DAVINA KING: You always been my number one here, since day one and you already been putin’ yourself in harms way. Ain’t no way I’m lettin you take it up a notch by risking yourself as well. Besides I knew that Bash woulda been just as eager to see either one of us out the door and if he was goin’ to take the deal risking just one, well that was a much better deal. This all goes without sayin’ that I believe in us wholeheartedly. You just beat Jenson even though we still had all that bafoonery goin’ on, and Veronica is in the same boat. The whole time she’s been here she’s relied on this relationship with Bash so the idea of him losing some power is frightening her. I know it is. I hope she’s afraid, I hope Jenson is afraid and I hope Bash is afraid.
The shot opens up a little more to show that none other than Alex Andrews was in the room with her. Davina sits on the edge of the bed and looks to Alex, who is standing across from her.
DAVINA KING: I’m over bein’ treated like one of Bash’s wrestle dolls. That’s all we are to him. He up and wanted a company he could model after the things he did with his action figures. We need to finally get it into his head that we’re actual people and he can’t just do whatever he wants. We want to make House of Wrestling an upstanding place, and the BEST competitive wrestling in the industry. I always knew you wanted the same thing but I really can’t thank you enough for backing me up in this.
Alex simply smiles and shrugs her shoulders.
ALEX ANDREWS: It's all good really. I saw a bit of Bash's manipulations even when I was champ, trying to pull the strings so Veronica could win the Grand Championship from me and I was just plain tired of seeing him abusing his power to benefit only the ones he saw fit. I was champion for as long as I was DESPITE of Bash, not because of him.
Alex shakes her head as she thinks back for a moment.
ALEX ANDREWS: And you're probably right, if you had given me a head's up on what you were doing, I probably would have put my career on the line as well, as a show of support. But now I have all sorts of anxiety over if I make a simple mistake in the ring, it'll cost you your career here.
She takes a moment to think. Just a moment.
ALEX ANDREWS: But if we do succeed, we put Bash in his place, now that sounds like a good thing. For everyone.
Alex is about to continue when she hears a knock on the door. Her face brightens a little as she hears it.
ALEX ANDREWS: That must be Link! Late as always, what can I say?
With that, Alex walks over to the door amd opens it and sure enough, it is her older brother Link Andrews. The two share a hug and she welcomes into the room and introduces him to Davina. Link extends his hand out to her.
LINK ANDREWS: Nice to finally meet the one and only Davina King! The sis has told me a lot about you, and of course everything I’ve seen on TV. Glad to be apart of the team!
Davina shakes his hand firmly.
DAVINA KING: Anybody that is good with Alex, is good with me. Not to mention that you got the unique predicament of actually bein’ in our shoes a bit. I saw what happened at Destiny II over in Zion and all I gotta say is I’m sorry I couldn’t nip this sooner and stop this buffoon from causing more harm.
Davina’s lips were beginning to curl, but they weren’t about to let her feel sorry for that.
LINK ANDREWS: Hey now, what matters is that you’ve put everything on the line to make this right. What happened to me at Destiny II with Bash and Jenson was just a small amount of what you and Alex have had to deal with. Lending my abilities to your team is the least I could do, really. Besides, like you said, now I know exactly where you two are coming from. What’s more is that I’ll be looking for a small bit of payback against Jenson there. We got this in the bag!
He held out an open palm each to both Davina and Alex, having them slap it for double high fives. Link was definitely going to get them hyped starting NOW.
LINK ANDREWS: You two are some of the bravest competitors I’ve met, it’ll be an honor to serve with you and help in making House of Wrestling a better place. All hands in everyone, let's go.
All three put their hands in and count to three before raising them up with an excited yip. This is the team they would ride to battle with, and morale was at an all time high.
We open backstage inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena. When the camera flickers to life, the first thing we see is the placard on a door, telling us that we’re about to enter the office of Bash Blackstone. Inside, we see Bash but naturally we also see the Superstarlet herself, Veronica Taylor. Bash is fixing his hair in the mirror and is very clearly upset and frustrated.
Bash Blackstone: Ugh! I’m so angry right now, I can’t believe that the Board would allow that little twerp into our match at Homecoming! And why? Because they supposedly didn’t like MY actions during a match that Jenson won fair and square? This is so ridiculous!
He throws the comb down in front of him, putting his head into his hands.
Bash Blackstone: The Board has been out to get me and are always trying to treat me horribly. All I’ve ever done since opening this company is make the Board money. All the success that House of Wrestling has gotten in the last year has been because of me and because of my SUPERSTARLET, Veronica Taylor! Without us, none of this would be possible!
He looked to Vero who looked flattered but she also knew it was true. He reaches his hand out for her hand.
Bash Blackstone: But instead of giving us what we’re owed and treating us fairly, they have to bend to every whim that Davina and Alex have. I’m absolutely sick of it! Tonight, you, me and Jenson are going to make sure that Davina can’t go crying to the Board because she finally won’t have a contract here! Link will NEVER have another guest spot here, and if she’s not lucky, Alex will follow suit. It’ll all come crashing down for them once we win.
Veronica rolled her eyes in disgust, as she spoke.
Veronica Taylor: This board of directors is filled with suits who have no idea what entertainment or star power is even if it bit them? I mean Davina King? You did them a favor when you put me on the cover, you did them a favor when you took full control of this company. Like sorry not everyone is meet to be star but luckily of all of those who aren’t they can live through me for just one night every two weeks.
Veronica said in a sarcastic tone, as she said in a bitchy tone.
Veronica Taylor: Also Alex Andrews, the former grand champion the woman who I almost beat for the very same title might I add. She is in borrowed time, I am so sick of her ugly mugg all over my show everywhere, its disgusting! Like thats what the board wants? A disgusting troll, and her stupid friend all over the show? I think not.
Bash Blackstone: Nobody wants to see that, not even the fans want to see that. You’re right, not everyone can be a star. It takes a special kind of competitor, a special kind of talent and not everyone is going to have that. YOU have proven time and time again that you have the starpower to be the face of this company. If it were up to the Board to make all the decisions, we’d be sitting here in a burning building…
Bash shook his head, still beyond irritated with the situation.
Bash Blackstone: I just have to keep telling myself that this is for the better. Once we beat them tonight, Davina is going to be gone for good. I’m going to maintain a level head, and make sure the rightful winners are the same ones with their hands raised, us! At the end of the day, adding Alex’s older brother who already lost to Jenson isn’t going to change the outcome.
His look of anger slowly spread into a sly smirk. He knew they had it won either way.
Bash Blackstone: Nobody in their right mind would say that Link and Davina had a chance against you or Jenson. They never have. Alex may be a little different only because she’s a former Grand Champion but notice how I said former. She’s the past and she can’t seem to get over it. The future belongs to the Superstarlet!
Veronica smiled as she said.
Veronica Taylor: I am just sick of them they need to get with the program. I almost beat Alex but no Davina stuck her nose in can't let go of the fact that they are meant to enhance the stars not be the stars that roll is for me and me alone.
Bash Blackstone: Tonight, we show them and everyone else what happens when you step to the boss!
The true measure of a man is not how he behaves in moments of comfort and convenience but how he stands at times of controversy and challenges.
Walking into the frame is Chris Night with the HoW Grand Championship on his shoulder and he’s already dressed down into his red ring gear. Despite all the stuff he’s dealt with lately, he still has a smile on his face as he looks at the camera.
Chris Night: The Division has been working long and hard for months to take me down but not only me, but Nightfall. That is why that quote by Dr. King resounds with me. Anyone can behave the right way when things are convenient in your life. But how do you react when you have the greatest challenges of your life set forth in front of you? Will you falter? Will you give into the deepest and darkest parts of your soul? Or will you stand tall and do things the right way?
Chris takes a deep breath and exhales slowly before nodding his head.
Chris Night: I know how easy it can be to take the easy way out. I’ve been there, I’ve gone dark in this business before. I’ve let the intrusive thoughts in my mind, the devil on my shoulder, take a hold of me and put me on the path of destruction. I’ve pushed away family and friends, I’ve let the ones I love get hurt even. At times of controversy and challenges? I have faltered.
It’s clear that it’s hard to admit all of this for Chris, but he does so anyway.
Chris Night: I’m not telling you because I’m proud of this, I am telling you this because I want you all to see that even if you cross that line? You can still make it back to the right side of history. You can still do the right thing. McKena? I know your heart and I know you aren’t someone who would truly align with the likes of Julian Savell. As for you, Olly? You’re young and confused. I’ve been there and hell, I can see myself in you a bit, as much as I wouldn’t like to admit it, I really do. There’s still time for you to step back on the right side of the line. You don’t need to do the things you’re doing. You don’t need to be like Julian to succeed in this sport or in life in general. I see the talent in both of you. You just need to use it the right way.
Chris nods.
Chris Night: Because like I’ve been saying, I’m not innocent either. I understand what it’s like to go dark. But I also understand what it’s like to have someone pull you out of that darkness. If it wasn’t for my son, CJ, and for Kelly Fury? I would have been lost to those demons, spreading those intrusive thoughts in my mind. All you need is someone to pull you out. I’m offering my help, if you want it. You just need to take a chance on yourself. The real you.
Chris pauses to let what he’s saying sink in before he continues.
Chris Night: As for this match tonight? I know what’s on the line. It’s not just my HoW Grand Championship but it’s my career. This is a Triple Threat Hell In A Cell. This is the kind of match that shaves years off of your career. I know how much Jessi wants this championship back and I know what she will do to win it. I saw how much of her body she put on the line to win it the first time. She was bloodied, battered and bruised and she still put up a fight when I cashed in my black key to beat her. As for Olly? He wants to break me. He wants to destroy everything that I’ve built. Not just my career but my students I’ve taught and my gym. He wants my legacy to disappear. Why? Because that’s what Julian Savell told him he should do.
Chris laughs lightly and shakes his head.
Chris Night: I’m swimming in shark infested waters, aren’t I? Even if I win tonight, The Division isn’t going away. Jessi is for damn sure not going to stop until she gets this championship back and then I have Jenson Idol at my back now too. But it’s like the quote I started this promo with earlier said, the true measure of a man is how he reacts in the face of challenges and controversy. I won’t make any guarantees when it comes to defending this championship, anything can happen out there. But I will make one guarantee. You will see the true measure of Chris Night while facing his possible demise.
Chris has a somber look on his face as he looks away from the camera. It’s clear that there’s a lot on his mind.
Chris Night: Some people might see this whole thing as some wrestling feud. The Division and Nightfall. But I know that it’s more than that, it’s always been more than that since Julian turned on me eight years ago. It’s been more than that since Julian tried to kick Kelly in the gut when she was pregnant with my son, Jackson. A lot of you forget that but you do see the depths that this man is willing to go to, right? You see the evil, don’t you?
Chris swallows hard and shakes his head.
Chris Night: Ten years ago, I sat back and watched a man named Skylar Riggs decimate and destroy my sister, Jade, and then two weeks later, do the same to my mentor and friend, Robb Hardy. That happened because I was consumed with my own selfish behavior. I was consumed by evil. After that happened? Something clicked inside of me. The guy you see now is the guy I became after that. Skylar almost ended me after all of that went down. He put me on the shelf for four months. But I came back and I beat him and he was never to be seen again. But the damage? It was done. Jade and Robb? They divorced after that because neither of them were the same. Hell, my relationship with either of them hasn’t been the same since then, since ten years ago.
He sighs and shakes his head.
Chris Night: What am I getting at, you ask? Why am I bringing up things from ten years ago? Because I want everyone to know, everyone that I trained? Everyone that I love and care for? My students, my family, my friends… all of you? I won’t let you down. In the face of defeat and maybe even my own destruction, I will stand up and stand strong and I will do my best to protect all of you, even if that means the end of me!
Night steps closer to the camera and he peers into it.
Chris Night: I won’t make the same sins I made ten years ago. I won’t let my family get hurt. Nightfall will continue on, even if it’s without me. So, Julian Savell? Olly? Jack Graves? And the rest of you knuckleheads? Bring everything that you’ve got. Because I am willing to take on all of it. Not for me and not even for this championship on my shoulder, but for the people that I love!
Chris goes to walk away but he pauses and turns back to the camera.
Chris Night: And McKena? You want to bring up my ‘Nightmare’ moniker from the past? Don’t you worry, kiddo, I’m bringing it back too. Because I’m going to be ‘The Nightmare’ one more time for The Division. Because I’m going to be the one to crush all of your dreams. The dreams of hurting my people and ending Nightfall. Bet. On. THAT!
Chris walks out of the frame and the scene cuts away.
The House crowd erupts into defeaning cheers as the bell is rung! The officials on the outside immediately hand the belt through the open part of the cell on the side, and the referee hands Jessi the Grand Championship. She's bruised and hurt, pushing herself up from one knee in order to raise the belt high. Tears probably forming in her eyes, but she doesn't have time to feel that emotion just yet.
Both McKena Hardy and RAZE of The Division are gunning it for the ring. They're clearly looking for a fight with Jessi.
Faizah and CJ cut them off, assisting Jessi in sliding from the ring the opposite direction, and slinking into the crowd. RAZE and McKena also run into Gloria and FAITHE, who are no doubt trying to keep Chris from taking any more damage. This of course brings along both Wade Manson and Benjamin Atlas into the ring, as well. Nightfall and The Division begin to battle again as the Queens hightail it. The crowd members cheer for the three Queens as they pass by, trying to pat Jessi on the back as she runs by. They stop and look back, Jessi raising the Grand Championship up again.
Inside the ring, FAITHE and Gloria have succeeded in helping Chris out of the ring. FAITHE slides out after him, they're looking to make their way up the ramp. However when Gloria tries to join them, she's stopped by Olly. The members of The Division all take a hit or kick on her as she's pulled back further into the ring. Chris is about to slide back in, despite his damage, but FAITHE stops him knowing he can't take much more.
Olly has ripped off a metal pole from the broken cage panel, smacking Gloria in the back. RAZE lifts Gloria up into a one-armed powerbomb postion. Olly then takes the metal pole, twisting Gloria's arm around it and then behind her back. Olly forcefully pushes her down, assiting in the Atom Bomb (Chingona Bomb) from RAZE that has her land right onto her arm and the metal bar! Chris and FAITHE look on in horror, and you can see in the Queens eyes that they question if they should've left the ring so early.
Gloria's scream is blood curdling, the sounds of total terror!
Security rushes the ring and pushes The Division back, as Chris and Faithe are allowed into the ring. Gloria is still screaming bloody murder, holding her arm as Chris tries his best to console her. The paramedics make their way out quickly, and everyone looks on with saddened faces as Gloria Ramirez is loaded into the ambulance. Almost everyone. The Division are nothing but smiles as they look at the pain they've caused.
While we hopped for an ending to this, we know now without a shadow of a doubt, that this is only the beginning.
Fade.
(This concludes Year One. Thank you everyone for joining me on this ride, whether you were here in the beginning or a new member. I appreciate you all, here's to a strong year and many more to come!)
Match Five Ryl of Scardale vs Dashing Diaz w/ Diana One could never accuse the House of Wrestling roster of being boring, and our next two competitors are proof of that. They've both caught the eyes of the House of Wrestling crowd, albeit for very different reasons. Ryl of Scardale has slowly but surely captured the hearts of the audience, finding her ever so relatable. On the other hand, Diaz has always been a questionable person and Diana was no different. The way the two were continually accusing Ryl of trying to harm their unborn child it makes you question if Diana is pregnant at all. Either way, she accompanies him to the ring here tonight. The bell rings and Ryl rockets towards Diaz, who cartwheels out of the way. She doubles back, only for Diaz to backflip away this time. He springboards off the ropes, landing a missile dropkick right to her chest. Ryl takes it hard, but she rolls through and up to her feet. It's Diaz this time that rushes her, leaping into a leg lariat. Ryl is able to duck out of the way though, sending Diaz soaring above her head and crashing down to the mat on his knees. She jumps forward into a basement hurricarana that drives Diaz head first into the canvas. Diaz gets up into the corner, where Ryl delivers a huge knife edge chop to his chest! The chop echoes up into the stands of the MGM Grand Garden Arena. She lands a second one and it echoes the same. She's able to hop up onto the second rope, landing two right hands to his skull before Diaz pushes her off. She lands on her feet though, rushing back and leaping to the second rope again. This time she leans back into a monkey flip, sending Diaz flying! While on still on the canvas, Diaz begins to choke aloud! He grasps his throat with both hands and gasps loudly for air. His eyes are wide as he stares at Ryl, freeing up a hand only to point to her! The referee looks to Ryl with a raised eyebrow, asking her to stop whatever it is she's doing because it's illegal. As a viewer, you can see her explaining that she's not doing anything to him. Although we can't hear the words, we understand the context. We also understand it's all a rouse, as the Dashing One crawls up behind Ryl of Scardale and brings her down into a schoolboy! Luckily the trick doesn't work, and she kicks out just before two. Diaz drags her to her feet and up into a pumphandle position. However when he goes to lift her up, she instead, flips him over into a modified arm drag. She bounds off the ropes as he gets up, and she jumps into a crossbody! She overs but he kicks out. They meet in the middle of the ring, throwing hands every which way. Diaz pushes her back against the ropes and uses them as leverage. The ref, of course, begins to count and he's forced to let her go. He backs up with his hands held high for the ref to see. Ryl tries to use the moment to her advantage by rushing forward. But she runs right into a hard forearm from Diaz! She falls back against the ropes again. But when she does, she bounds off the ropes and into a floatover DDT that catches Diaz off guard! It also has Diana banging against the apron at ringside. Ryl of Scardale glances over, and Diana responds by jumping up on the apron! She's trying to taunt Ryl but she's not taking the bait. Diana then clearly pretends to be shoved off the apron and fall to the ground. She screams, clutching her abdomen. Again the referee looks to her for some kind of answers, but she simply chuckles. It's all the distraction Diaz needs to sweep Ryl to her knees, and then hit Lonely Nights (Basement DDT). He rushes to the corner, jumping up to the second rope before leaping into an impressive phoenix splash! The Dashing One hooks the Orchid Serpent's leg but she kicks out after two! Diaz looks frustrated, but yanks Ryl to her feet by her arm. He goes to whip her across the ring, but uses the same arm to short-arm her back in. However, Ryl sees it coming and nails him in the face with an Eldritch Blast (Superkick) on the way back! The crowd goes nuts at the sudden shift of control! Diaz holds his jaw, slowly getting to his feet, only to be blasted in the face with a Blade of Disaster (Corkscrew Gamengiri)! The crowd someone gets even louder! They count along with the referee as the Beast of Berkness vanquishes another demon. WINNER Ryl of Scardale FINISHING MOVE Blade of Disaster (Corkscrew Gamengiri) |
Match Six Faizah Marshall vs Jvstice Hardy When it comes to Jvstice Hardy, many have been wondering where his allegiance lines. He isn't with The Division, but his family matters seem to revolve around these same issues. Two weeks ago we saw him aid his cousin, who happens to be at member. This naturally got him stuck in the crossfire and now he finds himself facing off against Faizah Marshall. Faizah's allegiance has never been in question, always proudly being a Queen of Chaos since her arrival. Still, you can't deny the implications here. The bell rings and we get something of a taunting contest from the two competitors. Coincidentally, both have a sense of ego that the crowd find playful. They have a bit of a taunt off, Jvstice starting off by showing his abs and Faizah showing her best assets as well, so to speak. It's Jvstice who gets to business, as Faizah goes up to the second rope for a pose, Hardy runs up behind Marshall with a second rope backdrop. He holds her in the same position, rolling to their feet, before lifting her into a spinout side slam. He grabs both of her hands, lifting her up onto her knees and lunging forward with a knee strike. Faizah is able to shoulder the knee and roll back, making Jvstice do a faceplant. They're up at about the same time, with Faizah grabbing the ropes and leaping into a springboard roundhouse that catches Hardy across the chin. Hardy turns around and walks away from Faizah, only for her to rush forward with a running bulldog to take him to the canvas. She jumps high into the air, crashing back to the mat with a hard elbow drop. She's not slowing down, bounding off the ropes as Jvstice sits up. Faizah plants him back down with a basement meteora with a sickening thud. His legs fly up, and Marshall grabs them for the first pin attempt of the night. Jvstice kicks out, but it certainly wakes him up. When Marshall comes over to grab hold of Hardy's leg, he pushes back against her until she was stumbling back. He quickly kips up, catching Faizah off guard before he strikes forward with a supekick! Marshall sees stars, falling to the mat and rolling out. Although she rolls out, she rolls out to her feet, clutching her mouth. Jvstice runs forward and jumps into a suicide plancha to the outside! The crowd cheers for the high impact and speedy entertainment! The referee begins a count on them, and they begin to stir. Jvstice is up first, placing Faizah on the apron before he steps up himself. When he does, the two begin trading right hands back and forth. Hardy gets Faizah with a nicely placed forearm, then locking shoulders with her. Jvstice lifts her up and over for Done With Everything (On the Apron Suplex)! Faizah lies flat on the apron, with Jvstice having to push her under the bottom rope and back into the ring. He follows behind her and hooks her leg, only for Marshall to thrust her shoulder into the air at two! Jvstice slowly brings her up to her feet again, only to get multiple right hands to hit gut. She steps up and lands a knee to his face that makes him fall back into the corner behind him. She rushes forward into a corner facewash that makes Jvstice fall into a seated position in the corner. She rushes forward again, this time with a cannonball! First, she yanks him out of the corner a little, before she starts towards the ropes and heads up the turnbuckle. She doesn't get far though before Jvstice yanks her off and knocks her off her feet with a discuss clothesline. As she tries to push herself up to her feet, he grabs her from behind into Feel These Damages (Sleeperhold with Extreme Taunting). He's saying various things to Marshall that the camera can't pick up but is obviously getting her riled up. He applies more pressure, walking her across the ring and laughing out to the crowd in a display of control. Faizah begins throwing elbows to his gut, getting to three before she lifts him up for a backdrop. Unfortunately, he's able to throw his weight and land on his feet behind her. He scoops her up into a fireman's carry, then spinning her off into Truth in Vengeance (Fireman's Carry Cutter)! But as Jvstice goes for the transition to the cutter, Faizah holds onto his arm, taking him down for an arm drag instead! He rolls through, but walks right into a mighty exploder suplex! Marshall somehow getting him up and over. Faizah quickly rushes to the top rope, leaping off into Best Splash Ever (450 Splash) that impresses the House crowd even more! They're cheering for her as she hooks the leg for the three count! Faizah's arm is raised, and she makes her way up the ramp shortly after. As her music plays, Jvstice sits up, remaining in a seated position. You can almost see his mind going into overdrive, he must be wondering what could've happened if he was aligned with The Division. All the same, the crowd intently watch him as he eventually dusts himself off and walks to the back himself. WINNERS Faizah Marshall FINISHING MOVE Best Splash Ever (450 Splash) |
Match Seven Akari Kaneko vs Jewel Chayse Jewel Chayse has been a mainstay here in House of Wrestling ever since signing her contract. She's had a few bumps over the year, but absolutely nothing has kept her down. She goes against Kaneko tonight in hopes of getting back on the right track. Meanwhile, Akari came close to holding the Civil Championship and wants to push herself up top that pedestal. Of course, only one of them can walk out with their hand raised. The bell rings and they begin by circling around one another. When they tie up in the middle of the ring, Akari begins to land forearms to Jewel's chest. In response, Chayse grabs the same arm into a hook kick. On the mat, Jewel keeps hold of the same arm and locks Akari into an STF. Kaneko spends a few seconds struggling to break free, before she lands an elbow to the side of Jewel's head. She surprises Jewel by popping up into a spinning back kick, and follows it up by bounding off the ropes into a rolling thunder that caps off with a legdrop. Jewel holds her neck in pain, rolling to the apron to regain herself. Akari walks over to the apron, and the two begin to throw fists. Jewel locks her shoulders into a suplex, raising Kaneko up and then drops her with a hard brainbuster onto the apron! Akari's head smashes against the apron and she tumbles to ringside. The referee begins to count, and Jewel has to grab Akari by her hair and get her back into the ring. Chayse tries to make good by then delivering a bridged fisherman suplex, but Akari still kicks out! She's not going out without a fight that's for sure! Although she's showing signs of fatigue, Akari kicks Jewel in the midsection before lifting her up into a sitout tiger bomb! Akari tucks her in for a pin attempt but Jewel is able to kick out. Kaneko wants to maintain control by hitting the ropes and bounding back with a missile dropkick but Jewel moves out of the way. Chayse takes Akari back down to the mat with a legsweep DDT. She applies a headlock, but Akari fights through it. She eventually grasps Jewel by the waist, lifting her up into an overhead suplex! As Jewel pushes herself to her knees, Akari lands a series of kicks to her chest. The audience counts along as Kaneko continues to land each kick. She lands a final kick, this time to Jewel's chin, as the fifth one. Akari mounts Chayse for just a moment, landing a couple elbows before Chayse is able to push her off. When they roll to their feet, it's Kaneko that is still slightly quicker on the draw. She whips Jewel across the ring, having her bound back into a t-bone suplex! On a roll now, Akari rushes towards the ropes, leaping off into Destroyed Blossoms (Springboard Moonsault)! She hooks Jewel's leg in hopes for a pin on the Crown Jewel, but Chayse kicks out once again. Kaneko waits for Jewel to get up, rushing her with a lariat. Jewel catches her though, spinning Akari around into a facebuster to her knee. Kaneko stumbles back, dazed, when Chayse drops her to the canvas with a hangmans neckbreaker. Kaneko kips up with the energy she has left, only for Chayse to first give her an arm drag across the ring and then smash her with a running bicycle knee. Akari crawls into the corner, using the turnbuckle post to help herself up. Jewel thrusts her shoulder into Akari's midsection, before nailing her with a corner uppercut. Jewel takes hold of Akari out of the corner, but Kaneko battles back by dropping her into an unexpected jawbreaker. She takes Jewel's arm and twists it into a hammerlock, then transitioning into a hammerlock reverse ddt, On the mat, Akari applies a headscissors around Jewel's neck, locking it in tight! Chayse yells out in pain, trying to escape, but she doesn't tape. Akari begins to scissor her legs in hopes of wearing Jewel down. The scissor kicks like like they're painful, but still Jewel doesn't tap. She begins to work her way up, moving Akari to her side. Kaneko doesn't let go, so Chayse continues pushing herself up until she's completely on her feet. Albeit, with Akari still connected to her neck via headscissors. Jewel uses a show of strength to lift Kaneko up into the air, and power her down into a modified powerbomb! Akari hits the mat and immediately lets go of the headscissors, holding the back of her head. Chayse sees no better time than now. As Akari is beginning to stir again, Jewel rushes forward and smashes her with Shattered Dreams (Curb Stomp)! She's able to roll Kaneko over and hook her leg for the three count! Jewel sits up and her hand is raised as the camera zooms in, a smirk across her face. WINNER Jewel Chayse FINISHING MOVE Shattered Dreams (Curb Stomp) |
Match Eight Tag Team Match House of Wrestling World Tag Team Championships Midnight Demon Club (c) vs The Salavea Twins (w/ Leati) The Midnight Demon Club have been the team that comes to mind when you think of the tag division here in House of Wrestling. Their skill can't be denied, and they've taken on all comers. However, nobody has proven to be as much of a threat as the Salavea Twins. That may be because of their strength in numbers but they've been on quite a winning streak as of late, despite Romero defeating their younger brother on at Foundations XX. You can feel the anticipation as the bell rings. Silas and Jacob both start, with both rapidly circling one another. Silas is the first to strike, with Jacob rolling out of the way and planting a dropkick to his back. Silas bounds of the ropes the reverse way, right into a german suplex! Jacob takes Romero by the head, giving him a right hand and then dragging him over to the corner to tag in his brother. Rodney tags hold of Silas, giving him a lariat down to the canvas. The Salavea brother tries for a falling axehandle while Silas is on the mat, but Romero moves out of the way. With Rodney on his knees, Silas lands a kick to his chest, and then brings him back down with a running single leg knee! Although Rodney eats the knee, he also rolls into a rolling kneebar on Silas! It takes Romero by surprise, and he yells out in pain as he's reaching for the ropes. Luckily Noa darts in with a stomp to break the hold. Rodney gives Silas a hard uranage for good measure before tagging Jacob back in. As Jacob goes to continue capitalizing on the twins control over the mat, Romero grabs him around the waist and drops him with a belly-to-belly. He mounts Rodney on his back, applying pressure to his jaw from behind, before shoving him back to the canvas. Now it's Silas who drags Rodney over to the corner to tag his partner in. Romero lifts him into a suplex position, as Noa springboards off the ropes into a crossbody! Skye tries for a pin by hooking his leg but he manages to kick out before Jacob needs to come in. Skye kicks the Salavea brother to the midsection, planting him with a jumping DDT. She goes to the top rope of one of the neutral turnbuckles. However, Jacob walks the length of the apron towards her. Skye sees it coming and begins kicking him away. But the distraction has already been caused, as Rodney climbs to the second rope, leaping into an avalanche facebuster! Rodney goes for the cover but Noa is able to get her shoulder up! The Salavea twin locks Skye into a full nelson, dragging her to her feet. He goes to nail her with a full nelson slam, but as he lifts her into the air, she grabs his arm and transitions into an arm drag. As he pushes himself to his knees, Noa rushes forward into a hurricanrana driver! She hits Rodney with a springboard senton, before giving the crowd a little taunt to get them cheering again. At some point, Jacob has left his corner and grabbed a chair from under the ring. On the other side of the ring, Silas yells to the referee in order to get his attention. Unfortunately it has the opposite effect, because while the referee is looking at Romero, Jacob SMACKS Noa with the chair to her back! She falls forward onto her face, and Jacob chucks the chair away before the referee is able to turn and look to him. Silas is furious, of course. As Rodney goes for the pin on Noa, Jacob rushes into the ring and nails Silas with a forearm. The crowd boos as hope looks lost, but Noa kicks out at two! The crowd cheer for the Midnight Demon Club! Jacob returns to his apron, and Romero jumps back on his. Naturally Silas is leaning in, reaching for the tag from Noa. Rodney taunts him, yanking Noa away by her leg. He allows her to crawl back towards Silas, only to yank her back by her leg again. This time she works her way up to one leg, before jumping into a singleleg codebreaker! Noa leaps over to her corner and makes the tag in for Silas! He rushes in with a bicycle kick to Jacob who rushes in. Jacob hits the mat and rolls to the corner. Silas turns to Rodney, planting him with a pumphandle suplex. That's when Jacob runs back up to Romero and gives him a lariat over the ropes. Silas tumbles to the outside, and the referee begins giving the Salavea twins a warning for not staying in their corner. Jacob argues with the ref, and on the outside Leati Salavea waits for Silas to get to his feet. As he does, Leati spins around with Sudden Impact (Samoan Spike) while the ref is still arguing with Jacob! Leati rolls Silas under the bottom rope and back into the ring, when Jacob conveniently returns to his corner. Of course Rodney hooks Silas' leg fully expecting to get the three count. Noa tries her best to break the count but it's obvious she's too far away. But Silas gets his shoulder up at the last second!! Rodney gets up off the mat, irate. Now he's the Salavea that is arguing with the referee, but the ref stands his ground. By the time Rodney turns back around, Silas has pushed himself back onto his feet. He lands a forearm to Rodney's chest, followed by a second one. Intentional or not, Rodney stumbles back into the corner, knocking the referee into the turnbuckle! Silas barely notices because he's focused on Rodney, planting the Salavea brother with a front falling facebuster. Noa is tagged in a moment later, and she strikes with a springboard dropkick on Jacob that knocks him from the apron! Together with Silas, they nail Jacob with Dead Is Better (Ticket to Mayhem)! The crowd is going ballistic as Noa makes the cover! The audience counts out loud for the one...two...three! ...but there's no count. The referee is still on the mat from being smashed into the turnbuckle "accidentally". The audience begins booing, knowing that Midnight Demon Club should have the match won right now. It takes Skye a few seconds to realize that the referee isn't counting. With his eyes still on the referee who has begun to stir, Romero is struck from behind with a massive Godsend (Rebound Rolling Elbow) from Mateo Salavea that sends him through the second rope and to the outside of the ring! Noa releases the pin attempt, getting up to her feet and eating a kick to her gut. The eldest Salavea, completely fresh, lifts her up into South of Heaven (Gonzo Bomb)! He drapes Rodney's arm over Noa and exits the ring, just as the referee sees the pin attempt. He crawls over and slowly makes the three count, much to the dismay of the House crowd! Jacob gets back into the ring, followed by Leati and Mateo, as the twins are given the World Tag Team Championships. The crowd boos as the Salavea's raise them high, but you know this isn't going to sit right with the Midnight Demon Club. WINNERS AND NEW House of Wrestling World Tag Team Champions, The Salavea Twins FINISHING MOVE South of Heaven (Gonzo Bomb) |
MADZ -
First off I have a few things I need to get off my chest.
Match Nine Pure Rules House of Wrestling Pure Championship Gloria Ramirez(c) vs Tomoko Ota Ever since the PURE of Heart tournament, Gloria Ramirez has been a shining example of what it means to be a competitor in the division. She's taken each challenge head on. Yet, these past couple months have seen her slip, as she suffered a loss to Tomoko Ota. Ota has been picking up win after win, but when the title was on the line, Ramirez was able to even the score against Tomoko. But now, with the title on the line again, who can take the rubber match? We get a tie up immediately after the ring of the bell, with Gloria applying a loose headlock to Ota. Tomoko picks her up and gives her a stiff backdrop in order to force her to release the headlock. Tomoko grabs Ramirez from behind into a camel clutch. Gloria struggles to break free, and uses the ropes to stabilize herself. Of course, the referee takes it as a rope break and tells Ota to let go. Ramirez looks disappointed that she's used one of her rope breaks, but it shows her that Ota is coming at her with strategy. The two begin to circle each other and once again go in for a tie up. Tomoko wins out once again, going for a short arm lariat that Ramirez is able to duck. Gloria grabs hold of Ota's outstretched arm and locks it behind her for a dragon suplex that lands right onto Ota's neck. On the mat, Gloria tries to twist Ota's arm into an STF but Tomoko won't let her have it. Tomoko has to give Gloria a headbutt to back her off, Ramirez stumbling backwards. Ota rolls onto her feet, quickly rushing forward into a missile dropkick that sends Gloria crashing into the turnbuckle and then into a seated position. She rushes forward again, and connects with a knee to the side of Ramirez's head! Gloria rolls out of the corner and lays on the canvas. Ota attempts to grab her by the arm, but Gloria is able to sweep her down to the mat. She uses the same leg that she's swept, sliding into a kneebar! The duo are very close to the ropes and instinctively Ota reaches for the ropes but stops herself. She has nowhere to go though and is forced to used her first rope break. The Ramirez fans cheer as the ref has her release the hold. Now that the pair are getting into the thick of it, there's not much time wasted getting right to it. Ramirez reaches up her leg for a high kick, but Tomoko is able to grab it! Gloria hops on one foot, trying to swing her foot around for a mule kick but Ota ducks. Tomoko folds her leg in, planting her with a leg trap float over suplex! Tomoko yanks her up by her arm, going for an arm trap but eats a forearm from Ramirez. Ramirez leaps into the air, landing a perfect tornado DDT. She immediately darts towards the same leg that she had grabbed before, throwing Ota into an indian deathlock! Ota yells out, trying to rock the submission over but she can't! She's forced to reach as farrrrr as she can, just barely touching the bottom rope an holding on for dear life, using her second rope break. Tomoko knows she' at a disadvantage now, rolling behind herself and up to her feet. She swift kicks Gloria to the leg and causes her to fall. Ota quickly twists Gloria's arm and then snap kicks it, the sound echoing up into the stands and making the audience wince. Positioning herself behind, she gives Gloria's neck a stiff chop, then lifts her up into a gory special! Tomoko reels back on her neck as hard as she can, Ramirez yelling out and trying to break free. The Pure Champion is able to get one of her feet free, immediately hooking it to the ropes for a second rope break. We're to the match that if she didn't get a rope break, then she may have ended up tapping anyway. Ota releases and Gloria falls to her knees but bounces up again. Ota is on a roll though and surprises her with the Eternal Cleave (Double Axe Handle to the Chest)! Gloria drops to the mat, and Ota attempts the cover but Ramirez kicks out at two. With Ramirez still on the mat, Tomoko grabs her by the neck, giving her a neck crank. She puts her into a headlock, only to apply more pressure to the neck when she's dragging Ramirez back to her feet. Once the Pure Champion is on her feet, Tomoko delivers multiple elbows before locking her into a crossface chickenwing! Gloria yells out again, struggling to break free and the crowd goes crazy, believing this may be the end! Ramirez is able to violently throw herself down, but Tomoko holds on tight, applying more and more pressure. Gloria moves to her side and rolls, with Ota still holding on! Luckily for Ramirez, she's able to get her legs to the ropes and force her last rope break instead of tapping out. The crowd is on their feet, knowing that to be a mighty close one for the champion. She gets to her feet holding her neck this time. Gloria goes into defense mode, putting her guard up to block Tomoko's shots. She has to watch herself as she has no more rope breaks. She blocks a right hard, followed by a left kick. Ota jumps into a dropkick that Gloria swats away. As Tomoko is getting up, Ramirez strikes her in the face with a running single leg knee! She scoops Ota up off the mat, lifting her up into a fisherman suplex! The crowd cheers a she tries for a pin but Ota gets her shoulder up! Ota first tries to elbow Gloria away, and Ramirez grabs her elbow, then transitions into Fade 2 Glory (Dragon Sleeper)! The House crowd are at an all time high as Tomoko squirms and tries to escape! Gloria isn't allowing her to go anywhere! Ota reachessssss with all her might, it seems like she's fading...her hand falls...onto the bottom rope! The referee signals for Tomoko's last rope break usage and tells Ramirez to release her. Both have now used all of their rope breaks. On their feet, they go in for what would be one last tie in. Gloria shifts to Tomoko's back, taking her to the mat with a waist takedown. Gloria tries to bring Tomoko's arms up into a full nelson but Ota swats her arms down hard, then spins into a spinning backfist that catches Gloria across the cheek. Ramirez spins around, holding her face and accidentally giving Ota access to her neck from behind for a moment. Ota grabs Ramirez for Gurenge (Dragon Sleeper)! Her own version of the same move Gloria had used!! This time it's Gloria that is squirming and trying her best to get to the ropes. But it's no use, she's already used all her rope breaks. The realization looks to hit her in the eyes, as her face begins to turn a light shade of purple. She tries with all her might to loosen Tomoko's grip but Ota locks it in tighter, the audience cheering louder and louder. Gloria refuses to tap out, but her eyes fade and she passes out! The referee walks over to check on Gloria, letting her arm fall and hit the mat before calling for the bell. Tomoko releases the hold immediately, emotion overtaking her. The Pure Championship is handed to Tomoko Ota, her fans throwing a few streamers from the audience. Gloria gives her a handshake, and raises the new champions hand to an amazing round of cheers. WINNER AND NEW House of Wrestling Pure Champion, Tomoko Ota! FINISHING MOVE Gurenge (Dragon Sleeper) |
Match Ten Violent Rules House of Wrestling Violent Championship Madison Lewis(c) vs Noah Ortega Our Violent Champion makes her entrance and walks down to the ring with the fans booming for her. Successfully defending here would mean that she's broken the title defense record, not just for the Violent Championship but for every championship. Plus, it makes it that much sweeter for all of those who said she couldn't. Then of course there's the Leader of the Lost, a former World Tag Team Champion. He's looking to rise back to the top, and this time gain himself a singles title. Ortega makes his way to the ring surrounded by various hooded figures dressed all in black. Madz rushes forward into a lariat that knocks Ortega into the corner, and he instantly falls into a seated position. She follows it up by bounding off the ropes and running back into a running corner knee. Ortega rolls out of the corner, holding his face in pain. Madz leaps into double knees, but Noah sees it coming this time and moves out of the way. Instead, her knees collide with the mat. Quickly on his feet, Ortega blasts her in the face with a knee of his own. She rolls into the corner, and he rushes towards her. Thinking fast, Madz puts her knees up so Noah collides with her knees. The impact makes him step back a little, so Lewis leans back into the corner, bringing her legs up and wrapping them around Ortega's head. She slings herself over and gives him a hurricanrana to the outside! Noah isn't going over without a fight though, holding onto Madz on the way down and bringing her with him! There's a small amount of time as the competitors try to regain themselves, the audience chanting and cheering. Madison looks to be the first on her feet, walking over to Noah. But he smacks her in he face with a heavy duralock at the end of a chain! She sees stars for a second, stumbling back and knocking into the steel steps. Ortega jumps to his feet, wrapping the steel chain around her neck. He chokes her further by stepping up onto the steps and pulling further. Madz desperately gasps for air; her face turning a light shade of purple before she's able to sweep his legs. She holds her throat, coughing, regaining her breathing. The Leader of the Lost tries to use this moment to catch her off guard, rushing towards her. She bends low and send him up and over, his back colliding with the steel steps! Madz falls to her knees. She pushes herself up to her feet, giving Noah a hard elbow, who is still lying on the steps. She goes back under the ring to look for something specific it seems. Only to return with her trusty baseball bat. She smirks as Ortega begins to stir and push himself to his knees. Madison lines him up, swinging directly for his face. Ortega rolls forward though and out of harms way, onto his feet. Of course, that is until Madz spins around and shoves the bat right into his gut! He stumbles back, holding his stomach. She cracks him in the head! Almost as if on instinct, he rolls to his feet but he's barely standing, there's nobody home. More than that, there is a small trickle of blood that has started coming down his forehead. Madz swings for his head once again, but another stroke of luck has him barely moving out of the way! Instead, the baseball bat connects with the post this time, causing vibrations to be sent up Madison's hands. She yells and drops the bat, taking a second for the sudden pain to wear off. At the same time, Noah is using the these precious seconds to regain his own breathing, still clutching his abdomen from where he was hit with the bat. They both feel it, and meet again for a collision. Noah rolls out of the way again though, clutching Madz from behind. First, he rolls her down into a school boy but he doesn't hold the pin. He hoists her into the air in the school boy position, and then slams her back down for a modified powerbomb onto the bottom of the ramp with a thud! Madison is laid out at the bottom of the ramp, now giving Noah time to go back under the ring. He returns with a brown bag, which he quickly opens and pours all over the ground. They're thumbtacks! Madz is back on her feet, albeit looking just as tired as Noah. Madison throws a couple right hands, but Ortega blocks them. He spins, knocking her over with a forearm, and then putting her against the barricade. Ortega then lifts Lewis up so that she's sitting on the barricade. He follows her up, though he's standing next to her. He then straddles her as if the barricade was a turnbuckle, jumping into a frankensteiner that sees Madz' back smack hard onto the thumbtacks below! The crowd cheers for the carnage of it all, as Ortega lies across her. But Madz kicks out after two! The crowd gets even louder, their favorite competitor living to fight another day. She's in bad shape though, crawling away to safety with thumbtacks stuck all in her back. As she usually does, she's trying to put all thoughts of pain to the back of her brain. She crawls to the other side of the ring, leaning against the apron and helping herself to her feet. Noah also finds his way to his feet, coming after her right away. He turns the corner towards Madz and walks right into a glitter bomb! Glitter explodes everywhere! The Leader of the Lost is blinded for a moment, as Lewis hops up onto the apron. She runs along the length of the apron, before jumping off towards Ortega into a meteora! She drives Noah down to the ground again, trying immediately for a pin attempt. Noah also kicks out after two. Madz doesn't want to let up, and comes back immediately. But Ortega gives her a drop toe hold that sends her face first into the barricade. He rolls away to the other side of ringside, which again gives both of them time to take a breather. As a viewer, there is no breather, as both competitors are up to something. Noah has grabbed the Violent Championship, surprising Madison by running into the ring and leaping into a suicide dive! Except the gold plate smacks against Madz again! She's out cold as Noah hooks her leg. Madz kicks out just before the three! The crowd have to be losing their voice for how crazy they are getting in this match. Noah's face has been cut on his forehead for a while now, causing small spots of red around ringside. Not to mention the thumbtacks still in Madz back, and now even her forehead was busted open. Still, they battled on. Noah brings her to her feet, applying a headlock to remain control. Similar to how he lifted Madz onto the barricade earlier, he lifts her up onto the apron now. But Madz gives him a hard elbow, causing him to back up. She uses the apron like the ropes, and plants him with MadzVILLE (Springboard Complete Shot) right onto the Violent Championship! His bloody face smacks right onto the gold plate, and she lies across him, the pair of them exhausted as the referee counts the three! WINNER AND STILL House of Wrestling Violent Champion, Madison Lewis! FINISHING MOVE MadzVILLE (Springboard Complete Shot) |
Match Eleven House of Wrestling Civil Championship Myra Rivers(c) vs Bea Carter The Civil Championship has always been a hotbed of talent. While Myra believed she needed to bring prestige to the championship after the former holder, many would say confidently that she's done that. Rivers has remained a steady name in the industry while always keeping her finger on the pulse of modern wrestling. Bea Carter would make a case that she is the future, and her ascension is accelerated by grasping the Civil Championship. Only one can walk away with the championship. When the bell rings, Bea surprises Myra by rushing right for her with a knee to her midsection. She sends Rivers to the mat with a t-bone suplex, and Myra rolls through, albeit with a wince. As she rolls to her feet, Carter rushes her again, probably going for another knee to the gut but Myra leapfrogs her. Carter bounds off the opposite ropes and bounds back towards Rivers, only to be caught into a spinning STO backbreaker! Rivers combos but bringing her back up by her shoulder and giving her a true STO down to the canvas. Bea battle back by kipping up to her feet. She quickly grabs Myra into a short arm that Rivers ducks. Myra goes for a lariat that Bea ducks, she ends up on the ropes, springboarding off into a springboard armdrag! They roll to their feet and Bea goes a kick to the midsection, but Rivers catches it! She spins Bea around, then taking her to the ground with an takedown. She grabs hold of Bea's legs, flipping her over into a cloverleaf and reeling back on it, trying to get her challenger to tap out. Bea forces herself upon her arms, inching her way towards the ropes in a painful looking crab walk while she's still locked into the cloverleaf. The rope break forces Myra to release. Bea leans against the ropes when Myra rushes her again, but Bea is only playing coy. She springs up into a jumping uppercut that surprises Myra and sees her stumble backwards. Carter wraps around her arms, and drives her down to the canvas with a tigerplex. The Mystery of Mortality bridges up and goes for the pin attempt, but Myra kicks out after the one! Carter drags the Civil Champion up to her feet with a sleeper, before transitioning into a hammerlock. From there, she brings Myra up and over into a hammerlock suplex. She follows it up by landing a hard knee to the back of Myra's head while she's on the canvas. Rivers is moving a little slower now, as she rolls forward. Bea is able to pick her up for a scoop slam, but Rivers slips over her shoulder and lands on her feet. Rivers nails her with a Vixen Kick (Chick Kick)! The Civil Champion hooks her leg but Bea only gives it until two before she powers out! Both competitors roll to either side of the ring and catch their breath as the House crowd begin to cheer for both of them. They begin to circle around each other, tying up in the middle of the ring. However they don't end up in a tie up at all, as Bea immediately snatches Myra by the arm and takes her to the mat with an armtrap crossface. She puts as much pressure on it as she can, with Rivers yelling out in pain and trying to get to the ropes. Carter isn't allowing her to go anywhere though, which has the Myra fans worried. She takes a new approach, rocking her body back and is finally able to roll over Bea and into a packaged pin. The referee drops to the mat and begins to count, forcing Carter to release the crossface in order to break the count. They're up on their feet and Myra catches Bea with a springboard bulldog. She yanks Bea up by her arm, whipping her across the ring. She bounds back into a headscissors, with Rivers locking in a modified black widow! Bea originally falls to one knee, struggling against the submission until she's able to stand on both feet again. Once there, she breaks the hold by dropping Myra into a modified Samoan drop. The Mystery of Morality mounts Myra and begins to give her multiple elbow shots. Rivers has to put up her arms in an attempt to block Bea's shots. Rivers kips herself up in order to get Bea off, but Carter tries to pin down her arms in response. Rivers bucks up her waist harder, the pair of them rolling back onto their feet together. Bea is the first to strike, landing a forearm that backs Myra up. She follows it up with an impressive spear that takes Myra down! Myra ends up rolling under the bottom rope and to the outside of the ring, still landing on her feet though. Bea walks forward, reaching over the top rope and grabbing Myra by the hair. Rivers isn't expecting it, and struggles but can't break free. Bea yanks her up to the apron, with Myra still facing the opposite direction. From the apron. Carter lifts Myra from behind and back into the ring with a german suplex! Rivers is looking a little worse for wear now. Bea lifts her up for a snap suplex, but Myra is able to spin out and into a crossbody. He spins back to her feet and once Carter turns around, Myra nails her with the Spirit Breaker (Corkscrew Neckbreaker)! The House crowd are on their feet for the move they've seen end so many matches. The Civil Champion hooks Carter's leg and the referee counts. The crowd goes nuts when Bea kicks out just before the three! Myra's eyes go wide, not one having kicked out of the Spirit Breaker during her time here in House of Wrestling. Myra moves into a leglock instead, and although Carter is tired she is still fighting back with kicks. The Civil Champion grabs Bea into a headlock in hopes of subduing her but it doesn't work that well. Carter begins landing open palm strikes to Myra's chest, and finally an overhead spinebuster that releases Myra's hold completely. As Rivers is getting on her feet, Carter puts her back down with a Mayhem in Mystery (Inverted Brainbuster) that has the crowd cheering! The referee drops to the mat as she makes the cover. The crowd gets loud when Myra gets her shoulder up! Now it's Bea Carter with her eyes wide, she looks amazed that Myra was able to kick out, as is the crowd. Myra herself is still laid out on the mat when the crowd begins to chant, "Fight For-Ever". Rivers rushes forward first, striking with a jumping calf kick that Bea manages to duck! She folds Myra's leg in, then wrapping her arms around Myra's waist to take her down with a side takedown. As Myra is trying to get up, Carter comes over to lock in Dissonance of Thought (Stepover Toehold Sleeper)! She tries to take full control but Myra isn't allowing it, forcing her head back to smash the back of her head into Carter's nose! Myra swoops in with a back-to-back position, hoisting Bea up onto her back before dropping her with a Rebel Bomb (Widow's Peak)! The crowd are blowing the roof off the MGM Grand Garden Arena as Myra is able to hook Bea Carter's leg for the three! WINNER AND STILL House of Wrestling Civil Champion, Myra Rivers! FINISHING MOVE Rebel Bomb (Widow's Peak) |
Match Twelve Golden Nightmares Match Bianca Page vs Darcy Graves vs Jenna Sharpe vs McKena Hardy vs CJ Bradley We spent the last couple months going through different qualifier matches and getting to the point where we would have five competitors for the Golden Nightmares match. The winner will go on to HouseWARming where they will face the Grand Champion with the championship on the line, so you could say this match holds the future of House of Wrestling. Each competitor heading to the ring holds a twenty percent chance of headlining HouseWARming, When the bell rings, the first thing our five ticket holders do is try to get their bearings. They look around the ring, the surrounding area, the cell encompassing them all, and then of course the exit at the top of the cell. They begin trading blows left and right with any and every person they can. Because they are all mighty full of energy as well, it's pure chaos and as a viewer it's difficult to keep your eyes on any one person during the first part of this match. It's only when the foreign objects begin to come out that things kick up a notch. Darcy Graves turned her back on Bianca Page a few months back, and Bianca took it upon herself to extract revenge! Page is the first to grab an object, going for a kendo stick. Darcy lands an axe handle to McKena, and then is blasted in the back with a kendo stick! Page follows it up with another smack to her back! Bianca uses the kendo stick in a creative way, edging it between Graves' arms for a butterfly hold before dropping her with a butterfly DDT. McKena grabs Bianca by the head and pushes her back into the corner. She follows it up with a corner splash and then a running bulldog out of the corner. She caps it off with a springboard moonsault, but it's caught! CJ Bradley. whom has started a table on table tactic, has run up out of nowhere and caught McKena on her shoulder as she goes for the moonsault. CJ spins around, then drives her down into the canvas with a powerslam. Bradley leaps into the air, landing a landing knee drop and then keeping her knee there as a form of a choke. Jenna Sharpe is who makes her release the choke, rushing CJ with a surprising lariat. Sharpe keeps hold of Bradley's arm though, yanking her back to her feet and giving her a second lariat back down to the canvas. Jenna grabs CJ's arm, sliding into a cross armbar that is more like a battle because CJ isn't allowing her arm to be taken. Luckily, Darcy comes from the side with a leg drop that drops across Jenna's neck and she releases the arm bar. However as CJ gets to her feet, Darcy gives her a spear back down to the canvas. Graves then slides from the ring and grabs a lead pipe, turning her attention to Bianca who she now has a vendetta against. Graves drives the lead pipe right into Bianca's gut as she gets up, causing Page to double over. Darcy's next step is to whack Bianca to the back, which sends her face first into the canvas. Graves smirks dropping the lead pipe and placing Bianca on he top rope. Darcy follows her up, but Bianca gives her a few right hands, before giving her an avalanche belly-to-belly! Bianca rolls to the corner to catch her breath and Graves is laid out. On the other hand, our technical queens have been locking and reversing a few submissions, despite the fact that nobody can tap out in this match. Sharpe has CJ in an octopus stretch, but standing on their feet. When she begins to slip, she lifts her up to her shoulders but Bradley spins off. She takes Jenna down with an arm drag and keeps hold of her arm on the canvas, placing her into an STF! Jenna squirms trying to get out of the hold but it takes her a little to get out, transitioning into a hammerlock reverse DDT! Jenna grips the back of her neck as she stands, feeling the effects. Hardy reaches over from the apron as Bianca is in the corner, choking her from behind and then drops to the ground, giving her a rope-hung neck choke against the ropes. Hardy slides into the ring immediately after, giving Bianca a ground and pound before throwing her into a headlock. Bianca fights through and to her feet, despite being in a headlock. She lifts McKena up into a backdrop that Hardy is able to backflip out of. Bianca turns around right into a sitout jawbreaker. She grabs Bianca by the arm and twists it, before giving Page a swift kick to the face. Hardy rushes to the other side of the ring and into a rolling thunder, but Bianca gets her knees up, connecting with McKena's back. They both roll to their feet and Bianca connects with Swanky (Superkick)! On the outside CJ's table on table on table seems to be working, with Darcy taking over in the middle and trying to use the same idea. It does help in the long run though. Graves isn't going to let CJ go without a fight though, and CJ is forced to nail her with a fisherman suplex right onto the ground! This gives Bradley the time she needs to get on top of the turnbuckle and climb to the stacked tables on the outside. CJ pushes the hole at the top of the cell open...only to see RAZE and Wade Manson! As CJ is trying to pull herself up and through the hole, Manson gives her a bicycle kick that sends her crashing back down into the cell and through her own stacked tables! Bianca and Jenna have both gone over to the cell wall with plans of climbing it. Instead they trade blows, Jenna giving Bianca a knee. Sharpe begins to climb, only for Bianca to get back up and land right hands to her back. Jenna slips back down the area she's managed to climb, when Bianca grabs her by the hair and smashes her fast first into the cell. Page lifts her up into an exploder suplex that crashes into the side of the cell as well! Jenna falls to the ground, which allows Bianca to ascend up the cage walls! Hardy has grabbed a ladder, now going to try taking an easy way out. However she's stopped by CJ Bradley. CJ gives her a forearm, causing her to drop the ladder. But when she does, Hardy grabs her into a facebuster that sends CJ face first into the ladder on the canvas! With Bradley down, Hardy sets up the ladder. McKena begins her climb, with Bianca trying to pick up the pace on her climb up the side of the cell. Bianca gets closer and closer, but McKena has placed the ladder right underneath the hole. With RAZE and Manson still standing at the exit, they reach down into the hole and pull on McKena's arms. She smiles at Bianca as she soars upward and out! Bianca leaps, trying to land a dropkick to Hardy that just barely misses! The Division members lift McKena to a win in the Golden Nightmares match. Naturally, the four left inside the cell look as if they've just been robbed and truly they were. The boos ring loud and clear as RAZE and Wade Manson raise McKena's arms. WINNER McKena Hardy FINISHING MOVE Escape |
Headliner 6Man Tag Team Match Jenson Idol, Veronica Taylor & Bash Blackstone vs Davina King, Alex Andrews & Link Andrews It all comes down to this. For months on months, Davina King has fought back against the ruling fist of Bash Blackstone. She fought for fair and unbiased booking and now finds herself putting up her contract here in House of Wrestling in order to gain back control. Ever since Bash revealed himself as the COO, he hasn't been subtle about choosing his own crew for special opportunities. Among these would include Jenson going to Zion to compete for a guaranteed title shot, in which Bash would help him win regardless. This match has such high stakes, the audience are already booming at the start of the match. We start with Jenson Idol taking on Link Andrews. Link is excited to get back into the ring with Idol, as many believe he was screwed out of the Zion match. He's definitely here in this match as prepared as ever. Jenson rushes him but he flattens himself against the canvas. As Idol rushes back, he leapfrogs over him. As Jenson bounds back again, he runs right into a spinning spinebuster! Link smashes his knee to Idol's face with a sliding knee, before grabbing Jenson by the head and taking him to the corner. The first tag of the night sees Link tag his sister, Alex Andrews. Together they give Jenson a wheelbarrow/facebuster move that has the House crowd cheering! Alex attempts the pin but it's much too early and Idol kicks out. As Jenson is getting back to his feet, Alex lands a few forearms before leaping into a leg lariat. But Jenson is able to catch her, slamming her down for a modified powerbomb. He locks shoulders with her, lifting into a snap suplex. Alex hits the mat hard but rolls through and pops up to tag her older brother back in. He rockets in but eats a spinning heel kick from Jenson. He scoops Link up off the canvas, giving him a scoop slam down to the mat. Idol climbs up to the second rope, leaping into an axe handle once Link is on his feet. However Link gets him with a gut punch and moves out of the way, causing Jenson to stumble towards his corner. Since he's there now anyway, he tags in Veronica Taylor. Veronica ducks under the second rope and runs into the ring, but is instantly caught with a crossbody from Link. Saturday's Second Son lifts her up off the canvas by her shoulder and into a uranage! On the apron, Bash yells to the referee. Link comes up from behind and grabs Veronica into a full nelson as she is getting up. She yells out to Bash and Blackstone yells to her, dipping into the ring in an attempt to save her. However Idol holds him back, not wanting Bash to get them disqualified. The scene does cause a distraction but Vero is able to drop into a modified stunner. Taylor gets to her feet, spinning into a heel kick to take Link down to the canvas. Link pushes himself up to his knees, when Veronica nails him in the back with an elbow drop. She takes a moment to taunt the crowd, before stomping on Link. Link rolls to his feet while holding the back of his head, and Veronica grabs him into a sleeper. She doesn't plan on applying it for long though, bringing him back to the mat with a sleeper slam. She holds onto him in the sleeper position though, rolling through and back onto their feet where she plants him with Ultra Fabulous (Backstabber) On the apron Bash begins jumping up and down and holding out his hand, eager to be tagged in. Veronica smiles and walks over, more than willing to tag Blackstone into the match. With Link still laid out, Bash comes into the ring and begins to stomp away on him. Bash stands over him with a muscle pose, as if he's done all the hard work. Just then, Link sweeps Bash's leg, spinaroonie style, and leaps to his corner to tag Davina in! King rushes in, Bash firmly in her sight. Bash screams out in terror, immediately jumping to his corner and tagging Veronica back in. The two run head to head, where Davina catches Vero into an overhead suplex. She picks up Veronica off the mat, deadlifting her into a gorilla press slam. King holds her high above her head before dropping her back to the canvas. Slowly Veronica begins to inch towards her corner, wanting a tag. Davina comes up from behind and grabs her leg, yanking her away from her corner. Taylor gets up to one foot, landing a strike to King's face with her foot. Taylor goes for her corner again but Davina is too quick, scooping her into a torture rack! Taylor yells out, struggling not to tap. Bash is absolutely mortified, leaving Jenson to do the heavylifting of course. He jumps up into a springboard dropkick that plants right to Davina's chest. With both on the mat, Taylor mounts Davina, grabbing her by the hair and begins to slam her into the mat over and over again. Davina eventually throws Veronica off, before leaping up into a lariat. She then leaps to her corner to tag Alex in! Alex flies in and nails Veronica with the Falcon Punch! (Superman Punch)! She looks as if she's about to go for a pin attempt but Bash comes flying in from his corner with an axehandle to her back. The referee yells at him to step back to the apron. As Andrews turns back to Veronica and reaches down, Taylor pulls her into a small package. The referee drops for the pin but Alex kicks out. As they get up, Veronica lays into Alex with chops. Alex backs up to the corner, so Veronica grabs her by the arm and goes to whip her into the opposite corner. But Alex short-arms her back, only to be short-armed by Veronica, and then two both lariat each other down! Both competitors roll over and crawl towards their corner, the House crowd stomping and cheering. They get the tag at the same time, with Alex tagging Davina back in and Veronica tagging Jenson. They come in at the same time, meeting in the middle for a tie up. Davina transitions behind Jenson, before taking him down with a waistlock takedown. Jenson gives Davina an elbow to the side of the her head, causing her to release and letting him roll back to his feet. He stands across the ring from Davina as both competitors try to feel out the others next move. Jenson backs up to his corner, where Bash has placed his upperbody into the ring, leaning through the second rope. He's yelling to Jenson about going after Davina and making her pay. Idol tries to ignore him, but then turns to look at him. Idol slaps Bash on the back, tagging him in. Bash's eyes get wide, looking to Davina who is still standing across the ring. That's when Jenson leaps into the air with an FC Cutter (RKO) to Bash! Because he is halfway into the ring, he is planted down to the mat and then falls fully into the ring, now the legal man. Jenson slides from the ring, backing up the ramp and shrugging the whole way. The House crowd is going ballistic with cheers. Davina is confused as hell. She looks at Bash lying on the mat, looks at Jenson and then back to Bash. Blackstone is now crawling at her feet, trying to stand up. While Davina is still a bit confused, she snaps out of it and knows there's still a match going on. She grabs Bash up from the mat into a chickenwing in the middle of the ring. He yells out as the camera shows him in full frame, before then being dropped into the Shook Slam (Jaded)! The place is absolutely booming with cheers as Davina King hooks Bash's leg for the three count! Alex and Link come back into the ring, and the audience give them a huge thanks as their hands are raised! WINNER Davina King, Alex Andrews & Link Andrews FINISHING MOVE Shook Slam (Jaded) |
MAIN EVENT Triple Threat Hell in a Cell House of Wrestling Grand Championship Chris Night(c) vs Olly vs Jessi Ozborne Despite the high impact action that the House crowd has experienced all night, the energy is still at an all time high heading into the main event for the night. We've seen blood, sweat, tears and something tells us we haven't seen anything yet as our three competitors make their way down to the cell. The match itself somehow turns into a Lumberjack Hell in a Cell, with each competitor bringing out a crew. Jessi is accompanied by both Faizah Marshall and CJ Bradley, Chris is with Gloria Ramirez and FAITHE, while members of The Division (RAZE, Wade Manson, McKena Hardy and Benjamin Atlas) walk behind Olly. Each competitor tonight has a storied history, all culminating at this event here tonight. The House crowd are in an absolute frenzy just before the bell rings and we get underway. The three of them erupt into an explosion of chaos, making it difficult to keep your eye on any one of them. If it was just two, they may have taken a different approach but adding a third added an outlier into the equation that equated to all three relying on both speed and technical prowess to start. Olly lands a high knee to Night which backs him up into the ropes, but he doesn't have time to act on it, as Jessi comes flying in with a jumping corkscrew crossbody. Of course, that's when Chris would use the ropes to springboard off into a hurricanrana. That's when Olly would rocket in from behind with a reverse DDT onto his knee. The action was jampacked, but not one of them could truly inch out in front of the others when it came to winning the match. Not for lack of trying, of course. Chris Night slides in after Olly has delivered a Samoan drop onto Jessi. Night slams him back down to the canvas with a backslide driver, holding it for a pin attempt! Olly is able to kick out after the one, rolling to his feet and flipping the pin on Night! Chris also powers out, doing it with enough force that shoots Olly back into the turnbuckle. Ozborne rushes forward against Chris in the seated position, hitting a basement meteora that makes his legs fly up. She grabs them, trying for a quick pin herself but Olly crashes into them before Night even has the time to kick out. Chris finds himself rolling under the bottom rope and to the apron in order to get out of the way of Olly's constant stomping. Jessi is able to leap up into a flashback to Olly, bounce off the ropes and dropkick Night off the apron! Chris flies off the apron, slamming into the cell on the outside before he crashes to the ground. As Ozborne turns her attention back to Olly, he nails her in the jaw with a hard uppercut. He takes control by applying a headlock. Jessi uses all her strength to lift him up by his waist, performing a perfect spinning back suplex! He slams against the mat, clutching the back of his head. She grasps both his hands, trying to lands as many kicks to his chest as possible. Jessi yanks him up, Olly looking a bit tired now. She goes for a jawbreaker, but Olly kicks her in the stomach. Despite looking winded, he picks her up for a sitout piledriver! As Olly gets back to his feet, he's clubbed in the back of the head by Chris. He pushes up again and recieves another club to the beck of the head. The two begin trading blows back and forth, with Night ducking under a right hand. He spins Olly into a pumphandle, spinning him out into a powerbomb. But with Ozborne up onto her feet, she jumps up into the air and connects on the come down to Olly with a backstabber! Both Jessi and Chris demonstrating what they learned during their time as partners. Alas, we're not in a tag match, we're in a triple threat. So as Olly is down, Chris and Jessi begin to stare at each other from across the ring. The audience gets louder and louder, knowing that Jessi is the one that Chris cashed his Black Key in on. They begin to circle around one another, taking their time to see where the other is going to step. They go in for the tie up and Chris getting the better of the exchange. He spins Jessi around, taking her over into a snap suplex. Night bounds off the ropes into a rolling thunder, but Jessi puts her knees up and they connect right to Chris' back. On the outside, the different factions have begun to get on each other's nerves. For the most part they try to stick to their side, with The Division taking up the side of the ring nearest the ramp, while the QoC and Nightfall are on the corners nearest to the commentators table. The back and forth shouting is reaching a boiling point when Jessi strikes Chris in the back with a snap kick as he sits up. She bounds off the ropes, trying to catch him into a frontflip but Chris ducks. Olly comes in from the side with a superkick that sends Jessi up and over the top rope. However when Olly spins around, Chris goes into a high clothesline that sends them BOTH up and over the top rope, having them all on the ground outside of the ring. As the three now begin to battle outside of the ring, the ones outside of the cell are getting mighty restless, and everything breaks down when they come to blows. Despite this, the camera remain on the three competitors, resulting in flashes of the others battling on in the background. Olly takes hold of Night's head, thrusting his knee to his temple. He smashes Chris' face into the cell, a second time, a third time. Night falls to the ground again, but Jessi rushes forward and connects with an exploder suplex that sends Olly into the cage! And breaks it open! The cell wall, having had a few people thrust into it by now, ends up breaking off its hinges as Olly is thrown into it! It takes a few moments for everyone to regain their bearings, Chris and Jessi battling to the outside of the cell with. The Division members come in, trying to push both Jessi and Chris away. Until of course, Nightfall and Queens of Chaos come in for the assist, allowing Chris and Jessi to get back to it. They're now both over near the commentary table. Jessi twist his arm around into a hook kick, then smashing him face first into the commentary table. She goes to smash his face a second time, but he holds his hands out to stop it. Instead, Chris smashes Jessi's face into the table. Ellie and Dom, our commentators, are obviously up from their chairs by now, heading over to the Spanish announce table. He kicks her to the gut, steps back and leaps into Nightfall (Sunsetflip Powerbomb) and drives Ozborne through the table! The crowd are on their feet as Night slowly crawls out of the rubble, of course only long enough to eat a DDT down to the hard ground. Olly has since recovered from being thrown into the cell wall, much more recovered than Chris or Jessi. He mounts Night from behind, reeling him back into a camel clutch. He has it applied for a few seconds, yelling things into Night's face as he tries to break free. Night eventually pulls his legs, causing Olly to fall forward and smack the cell face first. Chris jumps up to his feet, and immediately begins climbing the cell on the outside! Not wasting any time, Olly follows him up the side of the cell, the anticipation somehow growing more and more! When they get to the top, Chris lands right hands to Olly, who looks like he's about to fall! Chris grabs him into a belly-to-belly though, slamming him down onto the cell, much closer to the center now. Night tries to apply a modified crossface ontop of the cage, wanting to do anything he can to wear Olly down. Olly yells out, moving himself and Chris with all his might, shifting them into a small package position. Of course, they're not in the ring so no count is made and Olly simply lets him go. He lands a forearm as the two get up that makes Chris stumble back a little. Olly spins him around before dropping him with Face It (Front Russian Legsweep) that sends Night face first into the cell. Chris smashes into a separate panel from Olly, and the panel detaches! Chris falls through the open portion of the cell and crashes down into the ring! The entire cell shakes and the crowd goes crazy as Chris lies flat on his back, on the cell panel, in the middle of the ring! Olly looks beyond tired as he lowers himself through the hole in the top of the cell, and down to the ring again. He lies across Chris for a pin attempt as the crowd boos echo so loud you could probably hear them in California. The referee drops for the count! The End (Double Rotation Moonsault) from Jessi Ozborne!! While Chris and Olly were fighting on top of the cell, Jessi had been regaining herself in the shambles that was once the commentators table. When she had enough energy she began her ascent up the side of the cage, only when she got up to the top, Olly had lowered himself down into the ring. With Olly on top of Chris, Jessi jumps through the open top of the cell into her double rotation moonsault that lands directly on top! The referee begins again for the count, and the crowd counts along. One.....two.....three! WINNER AND NEW House of Wrestling Grand Champion, Jessi Ozborne! FINISHING MOVE The End (Double Rotation Moonsault) |
